Elise knew her father had been a doctor for a long time. Ludwig Bradley was a highly influential doctor, with over twenty years of experience. He had never lost a patient, saving numerous fragile lives throughout the years.
But then there was Primrose Bennett. Elise knew he was worried about her. Not only as a doctor, but as a family friend. She knew he thought that Primrose Bennett was too stubborn when it came to Bastian Schweinsteiger. Elise knew because she'd been on the receiving end of those glances, except she didn't have a terminal illness.
The whole family was tense. She watched as her mother eyed her carefully, so Elise went and got a plate of strawberries. Mrs.Bradley changed her glare to her younger daughter Clair, who was nibbling on a salad. Her father looked much like his namesake, Ludwig van Beethoven, with hair that could rival Albert Einstein.
"Mother, father, Clair," she called softly. "I'm going to Germany with Primrose's family." Elise bit a strawberry carefully as the news sunk in for her mother.
Her mother shook her head. "Absoutely not, Elise María. You can not go to Europe by yourself with that girl." The mood of the rest changed with those words. Clair put down the fork she had been using. Her father cleared his throat and Elise straightened up, before leaning over slightly. The knife and fork previously laid out we're clenched in her hands.
"Sylvia, what do you mean by 'that girl'?" Ludwig asked his wife. He had an idea of what her answer was. He just hoped that he was wrong, because he didn't know how Elise would react. He didn't want Clair to be a witness to this either.
"I don't want that girl to," the calm woman began. "I don't want that girl to infect Elise with her abnormalities. Bradley family blood is pure, and not to be bombarded with disease."
Ludwig took his eldest daughter upstairs while he left a frightened Clair to reach her own room. He closed the door once he left and entered Clair's room.
"Are you okay, Clair?" He asked gently. The youngest daughter rolled her eyes. She wasn't, but she was at the same time. Clair wanted to leave but she wasn't sure she could handle life by herself. Her mother's scolding to eat less had become a habit.
"I'm okay. Not completely but close." She answered finally. Her father was satisfied as he went downstairs to confront his wife. Clair waited, before walking out and into Elise's room. The room was full, yet empty. Elise had left everything else in place. Her clothes, shoes, a few personal belongings and her books in suitcases. Two full suitcases on the bed contained most of her life.
"I'm leaving." Elise explained to her younger sibling. "Mother thinks that I'm coming back once Rose's wish is granted. I'll stay there, get a home, live a new life."
"What about Jai?" Clair asked quietly. "Or is Jai not part of your new life?"
"I'll figure that out later. Bye, Clair Blue." She waved before lowering her suitcases downstairs. Elise had arranged to stay with the Bennett family before travelling to Germany.

primrose (+1-323-xxx-xxxx): this better not be like when you thought skrillex was classical. or when you thought falsetto was a composer.
elise (+1-714-xxx-xxxx): yes,we get it. i can be pathetically dumb and it's clear your mum blames my hair dye usage.
primrose (+1-323-xxx-xxxx): your family names quite name almost every existing composer and you STILL thought skrillex was classical...
,
elise (+1-714-xxx-xxxx): shows how mentally messed up i amprimrose (+1-323-xxx-xxxx): i'll leave now, since i know there's no convincing you that, the elise maría i know shouldn't let things like those bother her.
elise (+1-714-xxx-xxxx): so you're saying constant hallucinations and the fact that I have irrational fear of the most innocent things are normal?
elise (+1-714-xxx-xxxx): but forget about my flaws, for tomorrow we will be in germany!

All I did was edit the conversation. Shows why I get less votes than clary in general. I've been watching a lot of FNAF videos.
Even though he's my favorite, I think Foxy sticks his head through the door because he knows the guard (Mike) can't shut it that way. I like the theory of him being good, too. It's better thought out than my chapters in this book.
