The last part that was left to take care of before the trip was to get permission from her doctor to travel to Germany. Primrose in her mother had made an appointment with Dr. Ludwig Bradley, who had been her doctor for nearly three years. And when Primrose's disease went into its final stages, he continued to do everything that was in his power to help her. Primrose was bestfriends with his daughter Elise, after all.
Both Primrose and her mother Mrs. Bennett sat in the waiting room until they could be called to meet with Dr. Bradley. They waited a few minutes before a nurse called for Primrose and led them to a patient examination room. Mrs. Bennett helped her daughter down the halls, as Primrose was beginning to tire out quicker with each passing day.
Though Primrose tried to be positive, she hadn't spent many good days at the hospital. Her eyes scanned the sterile surroundings nervously and she shifted in her seat a few times. When she adjusted the beanie on her head, her mother took her hand, "Calm down, Rose. I'm sure Dr. Bradley will authorize the trip. He knows how much you're yearning to meet Bastian Schweinsteiger."
"I hope so." Primrose bit her lip.
Soon the door opened to reveal a middle aged doctor who smiled when he saw his patient. "How are you feeling, Rose?" He asked.
"A bit tired." She admitted. But the doctor noticed the color of her face was more palid than usual. There were circles under her green eyes and her breathing came out in slow and shallow breaths. "But I'm very excited to travel to Germany." Her hopeful eyes looked up at him, the doctor who had tried his hardest to save her life. But there were some things that were out of human control and all Primrose wanted now was to spend the last weeks of her life fulfilling her wish.
Her doctor walked across the room to the stool in front of his computer. Turning to look at her, he began, "As a family friend, I am very happy you were chosen by the Wishing Star foundation. But as your doctor I must warn you that heavy traveling like that might not be good for you." His eyebrows furrowed as he spoke. The last thing he wanted was to ruin her happiness, epecially after everything she and her family had suffered in the last couple of years.
"Oh, please Dr. Bradley." Primrose brought her hands together weakly as she begged. "I promise I'll take my medicine."
"Its not that, Rose." He sighed. "I just don't know if your body can handle travelling like that."
"I can." She assured him.
Her mother reached into her purse and produced a set of papers which he had to sign in order to allow Primrose to travel. Mrs. Bennett was concerned for her daughter's health. Primrose was her only daughter and she loved her more than anything, but she also wanted to help her live out her biggest wish. And because of that, she handed the papers to Dr. Bradley for him to sign.
Taking the papers in his hands, he finally agreed and signed them. "Okay. But...will you take Elise with you? She's your bestfriend and I'll feel better if she can take care of you. And you need to make sure to call me if something happens. I might be an ocean away, but I'm still your doctor."
"Of course." Primrose smiled. "I was already thinking to invite Elise anyway."
Dr. Bradley handed the forms back to Mrs. Bennett and he said goodbye to his patient. She would be leaving soon and he didn't know if he would see her again.

On the car ride out of the hospital, Primrose brought her cellphone out and texted her best friend. She and her mother would be dropping off the forms at the foundation before heading home.

Primrose looked up from her phone screen when she heard her mother clear her throat. "Rose," Mrs. Bennett began. "I know Dr. Bradley suggested you should invite his daughter on the trip, but I don't trust her. That girl looks like an emo." She crinkled up her nose. When Mrs. Bennett asked her only daughter to make friends, she had never imagined Primrose would make friends with a rebellious girl who dressed in all black.
"Elise is my bestfriend, mom." Primrose argued. "Besides, I already invited her."
"Whatever makes you happy, sweetie." Her mother finally sighed, though she did not at all seem pleased with her daughter's decision.
Her mother parked in the lot of the Wishing Star foundation and dropped off the forms. When it was all arranged, they went home and Primrose began to pack her bags for the trip. As the day of her trip to Germany approached, she became more excited.
In a couple more days she would be meeting Bastian Schweinsteiger.
