"How are the people at the hospital?"

You couldn't help but ask yourself, even though you already know that your colleagues at the hospital don't care about you. You even suspect that they'd be glad to see you gone.

"I guess this is my fate, huh? What bad luck. People don't want me anymore, and now there's a threat to my life." You sighed and continued mopping.

The former doctor is now just a cleaner at this hideout. You're thankful that, at least, you're good at housework, so you can manage. You walked to the glass window of the hideout. It's a huge building. Even though you're kind of scared of heights, you still wanted to see what's happening outside. That's when you realized you were at the top of the building. You felt terrified looking out at the view, so you backed away. You didn't notice the mop, and your eyes widened as you realized you might fall. But before you could, someone caught you. You felt irritated at yourself.

"If you're scared of heights, you shouldn't have looked in the first place," said the person who caught you.

You immediately turned around to see who it was.

It was Haitani Ran.

"What are you doing here?" you asked.

He chuckled. "This is our hideout," he answered, then patted your head.

You immediately turned your head away and backed away from him, clutching the mop tightly. You couldn't trust anyone here, which is why you didn't want to talk to any of them. You hadn't forgotten what happened last night. You almost died from the fear of thinking Mikey had shot you.

Ran sighed. "Are you scared of me?"

You shook your head. "I-I'm going to clean..."

You were about to walk away, but he stopped you immediately. Your heartbeat quickened with fear, and you quickly pulled your arm away from his grip.

"Chill. I'm not going to harm you," he said.

"W-What do you need?"

He suddenly handed you a paper bag.

"What's that?"

Ran smirked. "Give it to Sanzu."

"Why?"

"I can't give it to him right now. I need to hurry. I still have work to finish."

Despite your skepticism, you still took the paper bag from him. Ran's smile widened. You couldn't tell if he was glad you took it or if something bad was about to happen.

"A-All right. I'll give it to him," you said, because you needed to talk to Sanzu anyway. He told you you'd be a doctor, but it felt more like he meant you'd be a slave here.

"Alright," you added.

You turned your back on Ran.

"Wait up," Ran said so you turned around again. "You should be careful while you're going to his room, okay? Wish you luck!" he winked at you before he left you.

You were confused by his words, so you just shrugged. You placed the mop back in its pouch and set the paper bag on a table for a moment. After washing your hands and drying them, you picked up the paper bag again and headed straight to Sanzu's room.

You were about to knock when the door suddenly opened. You were surprised to see Sanzu. His hair was messy, and he looked like he had just woken up.

"S-Sanzu..."

He looked at you. "What?" he replied angrily.

You handed him the paper bag, your hands trembling.

"What's that?"
