Second spirit allows the holder to see their "spirit" that will help the user but it still has a mind of it's own.
The way your spirit will help by, being able to form with your own body (kinda like demonic armour) making the holder, stronger and faster, Second spirit also allows you to go to the 'spirit realm' where you can see everyone's spirit but no one can see you nor touch you but you cant touch others either.
The user whenever sleeping enters the spirit realm but it can be diffent as it is only filled with dead spirits and your own. This ability can be emotion based as your spirit does resemble your true thoughts and feelings.
Only people you trust with your life can see your spirit.
