Her

Seeing her smile was so addictive,
I would kill someone just to see her happy
her eyes would light up like fireflies
her cheeks turn to tomatoes
she was the sun
and I was one of many clouds that cluttered near her
I stuttered and stumbled around her like a fool, fully hypnotised
even her shadow could make people forget their own name
her skin like glass
her eyes like whirl pools that sucked you in deeper and deeper
even the sound of her yawn intrigues me
so dreamy and delicate
there hasn't been a night since I met her where she isn't in my thoughts,
aware I am not in hers.
