"Megumi!, don't ignore me, I can see you!" Gojo pouted as he watched the raven haired teen try to continue to talk to Maki. Utahime who was glad of the distraction took this moment to excuse herself from this presence. She walked past her students face red and opened the cabin door to go outside, enraged by whatever Gojo had said. Megumi envied her for being able to walk away, but while Utahime was a teacher he was still a student. And even though he's known Gojo for far too many years to just know him as a teacher, he was still polite enough to walk over to the white-haired man-child and engage in a conversation with him.
"Gojo-sensei what is it?" he croaked out the words. His voice was sore because of how much he had gagged. He had tried drinking water when they had first arrived at the cabin. But almost immediately found himself searching for the bathroom. When he did find it, he didn't throw anything up. He just kept on dry heaving, after all, he barely ate anything before he left here. But he was glad that no one could hear the noise, no doubt that Itadori would make a big deal out of it. Demanding to tell him what had happened and overreact and tell him to go to a hospital. But he wouldn't be malicious about it like Gojo would be. Which is why right now Megumi regrets saying anything at all. Because at the sound of his damaged voice Gojo raised a confused eyebrow and asked, "Megumi, did you get into Shoko's alcohol?"
Then Gojo abruptly started to laugh going on about how young he was and how he should enjoy his youth. Meanwhile, Megumi was trying to contain himself from throwing up, and the only thing possibly keeping him from doing so was the afterimage of Gojo's shocked expression and Itadori's concern.
Shit
That made him feel even more sick.
This time though Gojo paused in his rant to actually ask the blue-haired boy if he was feeling ok after seeing Megumi's hands clench at his sides.
"Fine" This time instead of sounding like a frog, Megumi sounded angry. Gojo blinked twice wondering what he would've done to make him mad, again. He lifted a finger to scratch his head. Megumi looked up angry at him, his blu-
Gojo stopped in his thoughts.
Weren't his eyes blue?
Why are you looking at me like that?
You look just like him
But he wasn't like him. Then why the hell were his eyes green. Green like Toji's those jade green eyes. But it was just the sun's gaze landing on his student's face that made his eye color change. Megumi told Gojo he didn't even remember him. So why was he scared, why did he get a quick glance from Kamo because of his cursed energy pooling up.
Why did he think Megumi was going to pull out a knife and stab it through his throat? Just like the man who was Megumi's father.
Megumi's frustrated expression turned into a confused one. His teacher hadn't said anything yet which was uncharacteristic of him. It was only when the soft light from the sun outside covered Megumi's face again, did Gojo do something? Gojo shook his head and laughed trying to get rid of the awkwardness. While Megumi started to get mad again.
What the hell is up with this guy, he called me here but he doesn't even want to talk to me? Megumi thought. Outside of his enraged thoughts Megumi still managed to keep up his polite and guarded shell and aside from that one angry glare didn't make any expressions that would incite a question.
"Gojo!, stop annoying him!" Shoko walked back into the cabin, her heels clicking on the wooden floor as she charged over here drunk.
Gojo sighed, "Shoko, are you already drunk, after all we are supposed to be the chaperones!" He ended the sentence with more cheer than an advising statement should have.
