A bad day (Victoria De Angelis)

You've had the worst day in your life, nothing seemed to be going right for you today. You had slept through your alarm, making you late for work and with no time for breakfast. It didn't help that your girlfriend Victoria wasn't home, since she was working with her bands newest album and haven't been able to come home in a few days.

The rest of the day didn't go so well either. Since you overslept you missed your train and got late to work. And when you got to work you were met with your boss, looking angry. He yelled at you for being late and then told you about the project you had been working on, had failed. He blamed it on you, but the part of the project that failed, was the part that your colleague had been working on. You tried to tell him that but he wouldn't listen.

As if today hadn't been bad enough it also started to rain on your way home and you were throughly soaked when you was outside your apartment. You tried to unlock your door, but your hands were shaking from the cold and the sobs wracking your body.

After a few attempts you finally managed to unlock your door. You were met by a smiling Victoria standing in the hallway. "Welcome home amore mio, we're finally done with the album so now I can be home with you!" she cheered.

That was all it took for you to break down. Throwing yourself in your girlfriends arms you started crying heavily into her chest, your tears staining her shirt. Victoria rubbed soothing circles on your back while repeatedly whispering it's okay in your hair.

" What's wrong Y/N? Please tell me so I can help you" Victoria worriedly asked you.

You opened your mouth to try to explain, but nothing but sobs came out. Victoria wrapped her arm around your waist and carefully guided you to your bathroom. "I'm going to take off your clothes so you don't catch a cold cucciola, okay?" She spoke softly. You nodded, too tired to answer.

Victoria wrapped you in a fluffy towel before carrying you to your bedroom, putting you down on the edge of the bed. She crouched in front of you and took both of your hands in hers, kissing them softly.

" Can you tell me now what's gotten you so upset?" Victoria murmured sweetly.

She noticed tears streaming down your face and wiped them away, hugging you tightly.

"My day has been shit. Everything went wrong and I just missed you" you sobbed.

Victoria cooed, "I missed you too dolcezza, so much" Victoria gently said. Before she stood up holding your hands and guiding the both of you to the bed.

"Cucciola let's cuddle and take a nap and when you're feeling better we can talk more about it, if you want?" Victoria tenderly asked. "Yes that sounds perfect" you softly replied and gave her a kiss.

You were so thankful for her.

She motioned for you to come and lay down on her chest, which you did. You cuddled into her and Victoria wrapped her arms around you, squeezing tightly. She stroked your hair and you smiled, kissing her collarbones.

"Thank you Victoria for taking care of me, I feel much better now" you murmured. "Of course Y/N you're the love of my life, I'll always take care of you" Victoria assured.

"I love you so much" you sleepily said. "I love you more amore mio, now go to sleep I'll be right here when you wake up" Victoria whispered. She kissed your hair and stroked your back, which made you fall asleep with a smile on your face.
