Chapter - 8 SIDDHARTH.

Author's pov.

Arjun reached the basement and saw zoya lying unconscious in aditya's arm.

"Is she fine?" Arjun looked at zoya with worry.

"Yeah, just unconscious." Aditya said.

"I'll manage it here, you take her with you." Arjun said.

Aditya nodded his head and carefully picked up zoya in his arms in bridal style.

"I'm taking her to the hospital, meet me there." Aditya said.

After getting a nod from Arjun he moved to the parking lot from the back exit as not to come in anyone's attention.

As his driver opened the gate, he made her sit on the passenger seat. He bend over to fastened her seat belt but her fragrance made him look at her face. Her eyes were closed and face looked serene, there were slight tears stain on her face yet she looked pretty, there was no trace of any stress or tension on her face, she wasn't frowning like she always does when he is around. Her face looked calm, mirroring her inner emotions. He tear his eyes off of her face and buckled her seat belt.

He closed the door and walked to the other side of the car. He sat down on the driving seat and fastened his own seat belt. He started the engine and drove off from that place. Luckily no one saw them other than his security.

Meanwhile Arjun went back in, samaira and yash stopped him on his way.

"How is zoya? Where is she? Did you find her?" Samaira asked.

"Calm down samaira." Arjun said with a flirty smile. "She is fine. She was not feeling well so she went back home. She is safe, don't worry." He said. He didn't wanted to worry them by telling what actually happened.. Not Everyone has to know about it.

"Oh thank you." Samaira said.

He gave them a nod and proceeded inside. The stage work was over and everyone spread across the hall eating, drinking and dancing.

Arjun found his father talking to some business partners.

"Mum.. Dad can I talk to you for a second?" He said giving his parents a look which meant urgent. Harsh nodded his head and turned back to his guest.

"Enjoy Mr and Mrs khanna, I'll talk to you after the party is over." Harsh said.

They excused themselves and moved to a more private corner.

"What happened? Did you find Siddharth." Harshavardhan asked.

Arjun rolled his eyes. "I thought you would know better."

"Arjun." Anjana called him out sternly.

"Okay." Arjun took a deep breath and told them whatever happened.

"Tell me no one saw it." Anjana asked in panic after hearing what Siddharth did.

"No mom no one saw." Arjun said as sarcasm dripped his tone. He know his mother care about their reputation more than anything.

"Aditya took zoya to the hospital, she was unconscious but nothing serious." He said.

"Thank god." Anjana said and took a breathe of relief. "Well we can't just let it go out of our hands. What does he want now?" She asked in an impatient tone.
