Chapter 4

All the boys kept bugging me about why I was swoonin' over Bella Phillips. I just kept saying that I wasn't even though I was totally in love with her.

The next day at school was a little weird... I was nervous about Bella playing with us after school, I hadn't mentioned it to the boys yet but I knew they would make fun of me if I did.

Bella wasn't acting her normal snobby self today. I wonder if something is wrong with her. In Ms Potelens class, I sit next to her. She didn't asked to move seats or anything away from me. I nudge her arm a little and she looked up at me.

"Hey you good?" I whispered to her. "Yea why?" She asked whispering back. We sat in the middle of the class but it was far enough where our teacher wouldn't hear us.

"Well normally you would ask to move seats but you haven't yet so I was just wondering." She huffed and rolled her eyes. There's the Bella I knew.

"well would you like me to ask? I sure as hell will." She said.

I asked scooted away from her a little and just shook my head a soft 'no'. I had a smiled plastered across my face.

"Oh hey are you still going to the sandlot after school?" She asked. "Yup everyday." I said. "Will you be there?" I asked

"Yea. I'll try. I just can't let my brother find out." Her voice was soft but all of a sudden...

"Hey! Would you two like to share your little love life with the rest of the class?" Ms Potlen yelled at us.

"No ma'am I'm sorr-" I started but got cut off by Bella standing up.

"Love life?" She Scoffed. "Puh-lease." She said rolling her eyes. I got a little sad knowing what was about to come out of her mouth.

"One, were not dating, and two, I hate him and his entire team." All of the color drained from my face as she said that.

"Ms Phillips! Go to the office now!" Ms Potlen yelled.

Bella scoffed and stormed out of the class room. I sunk down into my seat while everyone was laughing and whispering to each other.

'Only two weeks left of school, only two weeks left.' I kept chanting to my self while the rest of the class period moved on.

I was so fed up with my teacher that I stormed out of her class room.

I walked to the principals office with my arms folded over eachother on my chest. When I reach the principals office I walked up to the reception ladies desk.

She didn't notice me so I scoffed and said. "Helloooo," waving my hand on the air trying to get her attention.

She slowly looked up from her computer where she was typing something that probably wasn't even important.

"May I help you Ms Phillips?" She asked with a 'concerned' look on her face.

I rolled my eyes and said, "yea, Ms Potlen sent me down cause I was being 'rude' or something."

"Go sit over there and wait for Mr Heart." She said pointing to some color chairs next to the principals office.
(Mr Heart is the Principal)
When I walked over there and sat down I kept chanting to my self. 'Only two weeks left, only two weeks.'

I got detention but that was about it, Since there is only two weeks left. Detention isn't all that bad any ways, Mr Reed is the detention teacher and he doesn't care what we do.

It was lunch time now I waited for my best friend Allie to get here. That only thing I didn't like about Allie was that her Twin brother was Allan Mclennan. He played with Benny.

When me and Allie sat down I saw Benny walking over to us. He sat down in front of me and I looked at him then Allie then back at him very confused.

"Look Bella I'm sorry about earlier. I hope you can forgive me I should have gone to the office to." He said. I saw the sorry In his eyes but I was pretty mad at him so I wanted to get on his nerves.

"Whatever Rodriguez. I'm not accepting that, I got detention for tomorrow by the way. Thanks a lot." He looked down at his hands which were holding eachother then back at me.

"Ok. I-I'm sorry to bother you then. Bye" he said and started to walk of.

"Benny wait!" He turned around at me looking at the floor. "Yea?" He asked. "I'm not going to the Sandlot today after school. Not after what you did." I turned back to look at Allie and she had a confused expression on her face.

"O-oh ok." He turned around and walked away to his table.

"Wait you were going to the Sandlot today?" Allie asked. "Yea." I said. "Why I thought you hated them?" She asked. "I do but Benny asked and I thought I'd give it a shot. Considering there a better team then us."

"Oh yea I heard they beat you." She said. "What where'd your year that?" I asked. "My brother." She said pointing to him.

"Oh. Hey can I come over to your house after school?" I asked. "Yea sure! Why though?" She asked. "Cause your my best friend." I said.

I walked over to the guys looking gloomy. "Practice is cancelled today and were not doing anything so just go home after school k?" I said. Everyone was confused but just said, 'yea' or 'ok'

I didn't feel like doing anything after school. The love of my life, hated me even more...
