Olivia and Spencer stood outside of Grace and D'Angelo's. Olivia squeezed his hand when the door opened. "Olivia, Spencer..." D'Angelo said. "Hey man. Can we come in?" D'Angelo nodded before opening the door wider. Spelivia walked inside with D'Angelo closing the door. Grace came out of the kitchen. "Hey kids" she said with a smile. "Hey ma" Spencer said softly. "What brings you here?" Spencer was trying to figure out how to bring up the conversation. Olivia glanced over at him knowing he was trying to find the words so she decided to start. She let Spencer's hand go before she started to fidget with her hands. "It's about Dillon and Jasmine..." she trailed off. "What about Dillon and Jasmine?" Olivia looked over at Spencer who looked at her before she looked back at Grace nervously. "I know they are your kids. You want the best for them. You want them to focus on school without distractions but..." Grace tilted her head down at her "but what?" Olivia raised her shoulders before slowly lowering them "they are in love. I know you don't want them to be but they are. And trying to prevent them from seeing other is going to make them want each other even more. They are almost adults and they should be able to make your own decisions. Imagine if you were them, would you stop seeing each other? Because I know I wouldn't..." Olivia looked from them to Spencer "I would go after who I want" a soft smile formed on his lips. "They live in our house—" Spencer finally spoke up "Not Dillon because you kicked him out" he said. "He didn't give me a choice" Grace told her oldest son. "Everybody has a choice ma. You don't want them together and he refused to stop seeing her so you kick him out. Dillon loves Jasmine" he looked from his mom to D'Angelo "whether if you like it or not. Let them be happy. A little love won't do no harm. Like Liv said, I would go after what I want. Hell, I did" Olivia held his hand and squeezed it. "It's what you'd do for the one you love. Jasmine and Dillon loves each other. We all saw how they liked each other when they first started hanging out in middle school so why prevent them from being happy. I accepted you when you started dating so why can't you accept them" he said. "They are young Spencer" D'Angelo told him. "So what? They are young and in love. What do you think is gonna happen when they go off to college?" Both Grace and D'Angelo were quiet. "They're gonna end up sneaking around or just do whatever in the wide open because you have no say in their relationship. They're not kids anymore" he told them. Dillon opened the door with all eyes on him. He slowly walked inside with his head down. "Head up little man" Dillon slowly lifted his head up as his brother said. "They're not allowed to date—" Olivia cut her off "It isn't any of our business. They can date if they want to. If you don't want to accept it then so be it. I'm sorry but this is wrong. Let them be happy. Spencer accepted y'all. Everybody accepted us when we dated. So let Dillon and Jasmine have a chance for once" Jasmine slowly walked out of her room. "We aren't accepting anything" Grace said before folding her arms. D'Angelo sighed kind of understanding where Olivia and Spencer are coming from but doesn't want to disappoint Grace. "Well then don't. But just so you know, me and Dillon decided to enroll at USC together" all eyes were on her. "You what?" She looked at the shocking expression on her fathers face. "It's our decision" she said. A side smile formed on Olivia's face "And me and Spencer stand behind you" she said. "That's right" he pat his brothers back "I'm happy for you, for the both of you" he looked at Jasmine with a smile. Grace and D'Angelo looked over at each other not knowing what to say.

Jasmine, Grace, and Olivia were all inside while the guys were outside talking. "Jasmine I like you. You are a great daughter in law but I just can't accept this" Grace told her. "I'm not asking you to. I'm telling you and my dad that this is our decision. Me and Dillon loves each other and we just want the best for us whether if people are going to support us or not" she looked down. Grace sighed before shaking her head. "Can we have a minute?" Jasmine slowly nodded before standing up and going to her room. While Grace was seated, Olivia was standing against the wall. "Imagine you being in love with D'Angelo and your parents are doing whatever they could to prevent it. How would that make you feel? Like Dillon loves you so much and the last thing he needs is for you to be against his relationship and college dream" she said. "Going to USC was never his dream" Grace spoke up "It is now" Grace sighed as Olivia slowly walked over, sitting besides her. She took Grace's hand before looking at her. "I know you are just protecting him but we all know that Jasmine is so good for him. She's amazing. And she brings laughter and happiness into his life. They don't make em' like her anymore. All thanks to D'Angelo for that and also you because you helped him a lot. You have nothing to be afraid of. Unless you're afraid of him growing up but it's happening. He's not little Dillon anymore. It's time for him to make his own decisions and he already made two and that's going to USC and to be with Jasmine. Now it's up to you and D'Angelo to accept them or not."

"What were you thinking? I thought we were happy? Why risk everything by being with my daughter. Your stepsister?" Dillon looked up at him "you add stepsister as if that's supposed to stop me from seeing her. Me and Jasmine liked each other before you and my moms liked each other. Plus we are grown. We can do whatever we want" he told D'Angelo. "Look man, I know this is so unexpected but it shouldn't be. Jasmine and Dillon have so much in common and they both are great people. Do it only make sense for them to be together. You don't have to worry about Dillon hurting her because he isn't built like that. Moms raised us well. And you helped from the time you married moms" Spencer said. "She's my little girl....." D'Angelo trailed off. "You don't think I know that? Your little girl, I love her. I will do anything to make her happy and feel protected. You just have to trust me" D'Angelo sighed. After a few minutes they went back inside to find Olivia and Grace hugging. "What we miss?" The women pulled away from the hug to stare up at them. "Where's Jasmine?" Dillon asked. "In her room.. can you go get her?" Dillon nodded before walking to her room. Both Olivia and Grace stood up just in time for Dillon and Jasmine to come back out. "I have decided—" D'Angelo cut her off "We" he corrected her with her smiling at him before looking back at them "we decided to accept you two. If you're happy then we are happy" both Jasmine and Dillon both smiled at each other.

After spending most of the day helping out Dillon and Jasmine, Spelivia was finally back at the cabin. "I am so happy for Dillon and Jasmine. Finally, they accepted them. They owe us big time" Spencer grinned "I think it was mostly me" she raised an eyebrow which made him laugh "just kidding" he continued to laugh. "You damn right because it's not easy getting through your mom. She could be pretty intimidating" he made a not pleasant facial expression "not when it comes to you. Moms loves you so the favor is pretty much in your hands" she giggled. "They do remind me of a younger us though but we are so much better" she laughed "Okay I must agree but come on, they have a total different love story than us. We went through so much to get where we are. That's what makes our story so beautiful" he nodded with a smile. "I'm gonna go to the kitchen to get some cashews, want anything?" She shook her head "no thanks babe" he nodded before leaving the room. He grabbed his cashews and a bottle of water before coming back to the room. A smile came across his lips when he saw that she was fast asleep. He loved how peaceful she looked. He walked over to her side of the bed and sat down. He placed the cashews and bottle of water down before gently placing his hand on her shoulder. She didn't budge. He leaned down and kissed her cheek softly. "I love you" he whispered. He faced forward as he pulled out his phone from his pocket. He went to Jordan's contact and hit the call button. He stood up and made his way out of the bedroom. "Jordan, hey man... it's time" a satisfying smile came across him. "It's time to ring shop bro."
