Daryl and Arden got married at Alexandria after the heat of a man named Negan started dying down after the man was arrested in Alexandria, and she had another baby. Chul Soro Dixon, her and Daryl's son. Merle went and got a woman named Sasha pregnant and had a daughter and with Carol's permission, named her Sofia Dixon.
Rick started dating again, her name is Michonne. Michonne helped take care of Judith, Carl's baby sister, and take care of Carl. She also had a son with Rick after Carl got scratched by a zombie and Rick went missing. His name ended up being RJ, Rick Jr.
Negan had filled Glenn while Maggie was pregnant with her and Glenn's son, Hershel Rhee. Life during an apocalypse was hard, but everyone made it through it pretty good.
