The founding fathers were a group of powerful singulars that came from the old continent, searching for a new way of life, searching for a place in which they could live freely, they arrived and settled on the east coast of the new continent, they started expanding their territories and soon, more people joined them in their search for independence and freedom, they grew in power and soon tribes started to join as one family, they came together under one flag and they named that place the eagle nest, a high place in the north that watches all the other countries around the world looking for injustice, a place that welcomes and rewards the hard-working, today living in eagle nest is a dream, the way to achieve a decent, carefree life with your family, people die trying to achieve that dream, after all, Eagle nest is the biggest nation in the world, the number one, the best place to live.
Shaddai and his friends went to Eagle nest escorted by president Beracah, five-star general of the air forces David Eagle and Admiral of the Marines, Erick Shark, 2 of the 4 pillars of the military power of eagle nest. When they landed Carlos had to go through a migration process, which was fast since the president was around. The hard part was registering Carlos' suit since it was considered a weapon, they made Carlos take the suit out in order to enter the country, after a detailed inspection they returned the suit.
After all that process Shaddai, Carlos, and Hannah took a flight to the Capitol, they had to live in an army facility undercovered for a few months. Shaddai took the chance to train and learn the military's martial arts. He also got new clothes, a dark military suit with a dark shirt and a dark star at the center.
"Look Carlos, this outfit looks like the one captain patriotism wears," said Shaddai.
"What a lame superhero, but it does look like it, after all, he is supposed to be the embodiment of Eagle nest's patriotism," Carlos replied.
"You don't get the character man, he is more than that, and he is way cooler than metal man and his stupid suit," said Shaddai mocking Carlos' favorite superhero.
"Please stop talking about comics, we have actual superpowers, why are you guys so invested in fictional singulars," Hannah replied.
"Don't underestimate the power of a good story, Hannah," Shaddai added.
The Eagle nest's government painted Carlos' suit black and added plates of a new material that was more resistant, Hannah was allowed to wear casual clothes but since she wanted to be in harmony she went for a dark outfit as well, black pants with a dark blue shirt with white stripes and a leather jacket, combined with black high heels.
The facility had everything they need, food, showers, their own rooms, a big zone to exercise and have combat sessions, Shaddai stopped using his singularity in combats, the facility had a huge library, Carlos spent most of the time there reading and exercising his mind, it was also a good place to meditate and train his mental energy output, except when Shaddai was around, he often visited the library to read about history or philosophy but he was not a quiet reader.
Hannah started training some of the army recruits, and after a while, Hannah was allowed to exit the facility, until one day she was called to a meeting, she was chosen to be the face of the squad, she was elected for a special mission around Eagle nest.
