Atsushi's POV

I slowly opened my eyes from my slumber. I blink a couple times to clear my vision. I raise myself up so I'm sitting on the bed. I look around the unfamiliar room. 'That's right, we were on a mission to stop some smugglers..' I had then thought of when Dazai called [y/n] about us going to school. I deadpanned at the thought 'Thinking about it now, it seems like something Dazai would do..' I thought.

I then look over to my right. I see a night stand with a clock on top of it.

6:23 AM

'Might as well get up now and get ready. [y/n]'s probably still sleeping. I'll wake her up once I'm done changing.' I open the door and walk across the hall to [y/n ]'s room. I opened the door only to be met with an empty room. 'Maybe she's already up?'

I then look over to her bedside table and see a feather with a note. I walk over the table and take the note from said feather.

'Went out to see how far Aoba Johsai is. Also, to find the nearest train station to get there, I should be back by the time you wake up.'

'Ah, I see.' I placed the note back down on the nightstand and walked out of her bedroom. 'Maybe I should make breakfast for the both of us, yeah so when she gets back she won't have to worry about making anything!'

I run down stairs and make my way to the kitchen. I take out a bunch of stuff that might be useful in my cooking. I take out my phone and look up 'how to make Omurice' I see that I have most of the ingredients I need, so I just started to make the omelette.

It was a total mess...

The whole kitchen was a mess.

This is why I mostly have me and Kyouka get take out or let her cook the food...

I walk over to the cupboard across from the kitchen and grab a mop and a bucket. I fill the bucket with water and pour soap into it. I then put the mop inside the soapy water to let it soak. I took the mop out and started to wipe the floor which contained rice, ketchup butter, and other ingredients.

About 15 minutes into cleaning I heard the front door open 'OH CRAP! SHE'S ALREADY BACK?! I DIDN'T EVEN MAKE US ANYTHING!! There goes getting praised by [y/n]...' I thought as I sulked. "Atsushi? What are you doing?" I look over towards the voice to see [y/n] standing in the door frame. "Hehe... I tried to make us breakfast before we had to leave.. It didn't end very well..." I say

She chuckled. "That was very thoughtful of you, Atsushi." she says with a smile. I start to feel my checks start to heat up. "Why don't I just make us some toast? It's almost time for us to leave . Plus the train station is a little far from where we are, so we kinda gotta hurry." [y/n] says. I nod and she walks over to the pantry to take out a loaf of bread. She puts two pieces in the toaster and goes over the fridge. "Do you want butter or peanut butter toast?"

(A/n - don't ask ok- Me and my mom eat it sometimes like peanut butter and jelly toast.)

"Butter please." I say.

She takes out the butter and jelly. I've seen [y/n] get peanut butter and jelly toast at the cafe on the first floor of the agency. She says it's really good. I've tried it once and it wasn' t too bad.

The two pieces of bread pop up and [y/n] grabs them and quickly puts them on the plate so she doesn't burn herself.

She covers one piece with butter and another with peanut butter. She hands me a plate with my desired toast. We eat quickly and run upstairs to get ready. We both walk out of the house in uniform. [y/n] had the Aoba  Johsai uniform on with a messenger bag on her. While I had the same outfit but for the males and had a regular school bag.

[y/n] took out a pocket watch to see what time it was.

7:48 AM

Second person POV

"The bus takes about 45 minutes to get to the area and about a 10 minute walk to the campus." you say while looking at your pocket watch. You had thought of an idea if something like this were to occur, the only problem was It was most likely to expose both of your abilities to the entire neighborhood.

Ya know what

The suburbs need something new added to the neighborhood.

"Hey Atsushi." you say whilst smirking. Said boy gives a small hum as sign for you to continue.

"How 'bout we race? Using our abilities." The tiger shifter took a few moments to think about what you had just said. Once he realized his face turned into complete shock and disbelief.

"WWW-WHAT?!?! WON'T WE GET WEIRD LOOKS IF A GIRL SUDDENLY SPROUTED WINGS AND GUY HAD FUR ON HIS LIMBS AND FACE?!? NO WAY!! PLUS, WOn't I rip my uniform if I turn myself into my half form?"

"Oh, right- I forgot about that." you said. You start to think of another way to get to school faster. "Oh! I know how about you just hang on to my arms and I'll get us to Aoba Johsai in no time!" you say proudly. "That might work but how can I trust you that you won't drop me.." Atsushi says suspiciously.

"ME?! Drop YOU? Pffft- there's no way! Plus when have I ever dropped you?"

"You asked me if I wanted to see the streets of Yokohama at night during christmas. I agreed and you let go of me and I almost fell into a frozen lake.." the boy explains.

"That's because I sneezed from the cold wind." you say.

"Whatever, just trust me on this, okay?"

You reached your hand out to Atsushi. The boy shyly placed his hand in yours.

You hold a tight grip on Atsushi's hand and start running to catch some speed. Eventually you jump from the ground and quickly grab Atsushi's other hand.

Atsushi's grip on you tightened as he was afraid of being dropped again. Thankfully though, that didn't happen. Whilst the two of you were in the sky, people passing by looked up in both shock and disbelief.

The two of you stayed in the air for about 10 minutes until you spotted the campus. You came to a stop and looked for a place that didn't have many people. You found a small parking lot that was empty and slowly lowered yourself and Atsushi over to the small area. Atsushi's grip loosens as he then lets go and slightly skits on the pavement.

Once you've landed on the ground, you disable your ability and walk over to Atsushi as if nothing had happened. The two of you walk out of the parking lot and follow other students who had the same uniform as you to the campus.

Once you reach the gates you see a swarm of girls surrounding something.

Or someone.
