LOKI POV

Why did I do that. I feel so awful. I should have stayed with Rose. She is probably awake and alone in a room she doesn't know. I turn on the bed and see the other side empty. Where's Sgyin? I get up and pull my clothes back on. I straighten my hair and flatten my clothing with my hands. Sgyin never leaves after, she is always here when I wake up. Maybe she was called somewhere important. The door then opens and Sgyin walks in with a huge grin on her face.

"What has made you so happy?" I walked over to her.

"Oh... nothing. Just you. In my room. Can't I be happy about that." I chuckle.

"Of course you can. I must go see on Rose. She is probably up and wondering where she is." I see Sgyins smile grow. Why is she smiling. I thought she hated me being with her.

"Ok. You go ahead and check on her. I'll be here if you need me." She kisses me lips and rubs my back. I pull away smiling and head out of the room.

I walk down the long hallways until I get to my room. I enter to see my bed empty, I look in the bathroom. Empty too, did she leave? I head out but feel something is missing. I look around my room and everything seems to be in place except the bed sheets and... two of my Midgard plays are missing. Who dare touch my books? Rose wouldn't, right? She can't read them. These books are filled with Midgardian feelings. She can't read those. Please don't tell me she took them!

I ran out of my room to hers. Empty.
The garden pavilion. Empty.
Where else would she go.
The library. Empty
Where?
Dining hall. Empty
Kitchen? Empty
Training Grounds. Empty

Think Loki. Where would Rose go? She is weak, she just woke up. I see Thor and the warriors three walking down the hall. "Thor!"

"Brother." He waves in the air. I jogged to him

"Have you seen Rose?" He shakes his head.

"Do you need help brother?" Asking for help? "You still can't ask can you. Well. Where was she last time she disappeared?" The willow but I told her to never go there again.

"Somewhere I told her to never go again." He nods. "But she wouldn't would she? She's not dumb." Thor shrugs. I ran towards the willow. She can't be there. I warned her.

I ran out side and burst into the willows canopy to see Rose laying on the ground with a book open. No! I ran over and took the book from her. Hamlet! She almost don't with it too!

"Rose why are you here!" I picked up the other book. Romeo and Juliet!! "Rose why would you take my books without asking?" The calmness started to take me over. How long has she been here?

"You told me to read those and brought me here. Has it been a couple minutes yet?" What? I never told.... Sgyin. That she-devil. I dropped the books and pulled Rose up. God, how long has she been here? And the books. What will happen if I bring her out?

"Rose? How long have you been here?" She looks at me and shrugs

"I finished the Romeo book and was almost done with Hamlet before you ripped it from me." Oh God. I picked her up bridal style. No way she will not pass out when we leave.

"I'm so sorry Rose. I didn't mean for this to happen, it wasn't me." I stand in front of the wall of willow vines. I could put her to sleep and take her to Eir so when she wakes up she can immediately get help. "I need you to stay strong for me." She nods. "Sleep." Her eyes drift close and her body goes limp.

I walk to the healers and lay her on the bed. Eir walks over and looks Rose over. "I told you to just let her sleep. There is nothing I can do."

"I put her under a sleeping spell. I found her in the willow out in the garden reading books with strong emotion. I feared what would happen if she left that sanctuary so I put her to sleep." Eir nods and walks over to her cupboard of elixirs. I sit down next to Rose and hold her hand.

Sgyin has gone to far, to jealous. I told her I didn't think of Rose in any romantic way. Why would Sgyin go this far?
Eir walks back over and feeds an elixir in Roses mouth than hands me another vial. "Give her this when she wakes. It will help calm her." I nod and take the vial.
——-

After 46 minutes I feel her squeeze my hand. She opens her eyes releasing tears and a gasp of haggard breath. "It's fine. This elixir will help you calm down." I help her sit up and make her drink the vial Eir gave me. She then curls up into a ball in my arms. Sgyin has gone to far. "Shhh it's ok. I'm sorry this happened."

"You-you told me a-a couple minutes." She cried in my chest. "You s-said those books would be fine. E-very one died." I rubbed her back.

"I'm so sorry I wasn't there to protect you. Sgyin was jealous and made herself look like me. It wasn't me who told you these things." I felt her breathing slow down. I looked down to see her asleep. I crawled into her bed and layer her sideways down on my chest. Sgyin was just jealous. She probably didn't think of the effects of her doings. But still this was to far.

"Awe. Look at you too." Eir walk over. "Did you admit you love her yet?" I roll my eyes

"Eir I simply care for her." She rolls her eyes and walk away. It has barley been a year since I met here. There is no way I love her. Even if love did exist.
