I left Denki's without saying a word to y/n. I planned on going back later of course. But for now I had other priorities.

Deku. I need your help.
Kacchan! How are you?
The nerd asked.
Shut up and listen.
I said.
Well damn. How can I help you?
He laughed.
I need information.
I stated.
On what?
He asked.
The WWHC.
I replied.
Anything specific?
He questioned.

Flashback
Deku told me to meet him at his agency. I only agreed because I have questions.
Despite him being japans number one hero, and me second, I have more heros at my agency. More side kicks too. He never started his own agency. He works at the same agency as Mirio and half and half.
I pulled up to the building, right in the middle of the city. It was a tall modern looking place. Probably cost a shit ton of money to keep in shape. As I walk in I'm greeted by multiple side kicks and extras.

I hear Deku yell from the elevator.
I push through the crowd to join him.
How are you?
He asked excited.
I glared at him in response.
When the elevator got to the right floor we stepped out. I followed along side Deku as he walked me towards a meeting room.
I'm taking you to a meeting room so I can show you what I've found.
He said.
He opened the door and told me to sit. I reluctantly listened. He then pulled down a screen that what rolled up on the ceiling. By pressing a button on the remote on the table, he turned on a presentation type thing.
You made a fucking power point?
I asked.
Yes I did. Now shut up and listen.
He answered.
The WWHC has a program called Zero Zero. Or, more commonly known as Double O. This program brings in kids around the world with powerful quirks. Most of the time it's kids from troubled backgrounds who can not control said quirks. Kids that almost always have no family. They raise them until they are ten or if they're discovered when they're older then ten they're put right into the program. From what I got from a friend, this program is practically hell. It emphasizes on the use of being invincible in any situation that deals with electricity. Therefore they do a lot of shock training with dangerously high voltages. They break down the kids and build them back up both mentally and physically. Many have died during this training but it still continues. Kids come out of it as killing machines. Theres 10 classes. The class with the highest scoring kids if called Alpha. Then beta, then omega and so on. Every kid is given a number for a name that is based off their placing in training. If you're at the top. You'd be called one.
