"Zoeee! I missed you idiot." I say to my best friend, jumping onto her bed.

"I missed you too bitch, where have you been these past months?" She sat beside me eating some takis.

"I kinda met someone, and they're so-"

"Wait oh my god! Billie you out here getting a girlfriend and you didn't tell me?! Betrayal!" She jokingly gasps yelling at me.

"Chill out, we just went on one date-" she interrupts me again throwing the chip bag on the floor.

Bitch I would've eaten that!

"Wait! Wait, billie I love you and all but you have terrible taste in people, like all the men you've dated just fuck with your feelings." She says making a concerned face. Not that she's wrong, but that kinda hurt.

The truth hurts sometimes

"Don't worry this ones different, I promise. They take care of me all the time, and my family likes them. And they save- helped me with a lot of things." She furrows her eyebrows at me not convinced.

"I'm for real, I went on a date with them and they made sure it was all vegan, and it was well thought out. Like the cutest thing ever! Even finneas likes them." I go on talking about all the things me and Val did together.

I looked up Zoe seeing a smirk plastered on her face. "What?"

"Someone's falling in love!" She starts chanting across the room. "Shut up." A blush creeped up on my face as I hud myself in my hands.

Zoe finally calmed down from her yelling sitting back down. "So when do I meet her?" She smiles smacking my hand away from my face.

"Girl who said it was a her?"

She frowns a little disappointed with my answer, slouching a bit. "Oh... it's a male, when do I get to meet him, I guess." Is she really sad right now?

"Not another cis straight man" she mummers gagging a little.

"Dude you literally have a male boyfri-" this girl don't make sense to me.

"Shut up, that's different. But like don't you ever just go like I wish I was with a woman? Like don't get me wrong you and your men are okay, but like girls-"

"Yo I was just joking, it's a girl stop worrying." Immediately her face lights up.

"Really?! Now I have to meet her like right now!" She jumps on me tackling me. "Show me pictures!"

"Geez okay one sec." I scroll to my phone finding a picture of Val on top of me sleeping. It was from the day after our date, and she refused to get off me.

"Dude you're like a feet taller then me, get the fuck off me." I whine squirming from beneath Valincia.

She lifts her head up furrowing her eyebrows at me. "Girl I'm only four inches taller then you, it's not my fault that you're a gremlin." This bitch did not just call me a gremlin.
