On the outside of the building, dozens of Police and Public safety bureau cars surrounded the area. The police officers took care of the exits that the Yakuza could use for escape while the Public Safety bureau took care of the vehicles and the zombie killing with the Special Division.
" I'm Shina from the Kanagawa prefecture police."
" I'm Furuno from the Anti-Devil 2nd Division."
" I'm in charge of the special 4th, Kishibe."
Outside of the building behind the lines of the police cars and swat vehicles were Kishibe and a member of the 2nd division and a police officer wearing complete gear. Currently, Kishibe is in charge of the operation, which he has dubbed-

Kishibe said with a very serious tone and face. Juno switched Kishibe's normal whiskey with a bit of vodquila and sugar so he's more a bit screwy than usual.

" For this operation, the anti-devil 2nd division will seal off the entrances at the first floor and below ground. Our team will enter the building and pacify the terrorists. In addition, there is just one thing you guys will need to watch out for.'
" The special 4th division is mostly made up of non-human members. If one of them runs off into the city, they would cause more harm than the terrorists running wild."
" I will give you the rundowns of our members in case if this happens."
Inside the building, in the garage area, where a hoard of zombies is walking around, searching for more humans to chomp on. But then on the wall, a young man went through it, seemingly like swimming through the wall.
" Zombie! Zombie!" The young man grinned.
The young man had a head that looks that of a shark and gills where his eyes are supposed to be, with spiky black hair. He also only wore shorts.
" Kyahaha! It's all you can eat!" The Shark said as he jumped out of the wall.
His head formed into a shark's head with three eyes and six fins as he bit one zombie's head off.
