Ch. 31 " Last day before full duty"

A/n: The purpose of the 0.5 chapters is for me to be in the zone or stay in the heat of writing this chainsaw man fan fiction. These are all canon and connected to the story, so keep your eyes peeled, and you might see how this story ends. Oh and, Hi. Haven't been myself for a long while. Sorry for that. " Ey-ey-ey, keep calm, okay?"

" Move the fuck away, Juno," Revy growled as she aimed her gun at Juno.

Juno held his hands out. 

" Oh~? A fight, eh? Want to fucking fight?" Yoshida said with a grin as he twirled a knife in his hand.

Behind the two were Balalaika and Rock. But the tall Russian woman is pinning down Rock with a pistol. Said pistol; was aimed between his eyes.

" Ma'am, stick to your senses," Juno said as he turned to Balalaika.

But the woman just grinned and didn't seem to listen.

" Oh don't mind me, just teaching this runt how dangerous his new life is," She grinned. " Just keep Two-hands off me and I'll be done in a jiffy."

Now you might be thinking; " Why is mommy Balalaika pointing a gun at Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson?" Well in truth, I will just give you a quick summary of what happened cuz I'm too lazy to write shit.

So, As Balalaika and Makima negotiated with the Yakuza, Rock found out that his new friend, a Japanese High school girl was part of another Yakuza family, and is on the brink of being destroyed. So he tried to talk and negotiate with Balalaika. He was about to ask Makima, but he felt kinda uneased, and one thing to add is she immediately left after the negotiation.

So at first, Balalaika was just saying a simple; 'no', But Rock kept persisting and got Balalaika annoyed.

And that brings us here now.

After talking a bit to Rock, Balalaika just patted him on the back, as if nothing happened. She looked at him with a neutral look, but her eyes held authority

" Remember, Rock. You live in a different world now. You can't help everyone. Ciao."

That was all she said before leaving the garage with Juno and Yoshida and the others outside the building, leaving Rock and Revy alone in the empty Garage.

But before they went through the door, Juno turned around to look at the two. His mouth opened, about to say something. But he just shook his head and closed the door behind him.

" You okay, Rock?" 

" Yeah...Yeah, Im okay..."

In Balalaika's suite, Juno and Yoshida stood in front of the door as Balalaika sat down on the ornate sofa. She had her legs crossed as she lit expensive-looking tobacco. With a huff, she looks at the two devil hunters standing at attention in front of her, hands behind their backs. Their stature reminded Balalaika of her time during the war as the captain of the red army in Afghanistan.
