Pain is my past (vigilante deku)

It was finally the day of the entrance exam. Izuku jumped from his bed which luckily, did not have shigiraki in it. Shigiraki wanted to play video games all night and Izuku was definitely not complaining, he needed the sleep and to be able to sneak away early hours of the morning.

As of right now it was 5am and even though the exams don't start till 9, the earlier he leaves, the less questions he'll be asked. He quickly got dressed into a black oversized hoodie and some grey joggers. The voice changer sat comfortably on his neck for until he got to the entrance exams.

Once dressed he made his way downstairs where no one was in sight. His plan so far was going perfectly. He had some breakfast and brushed his teeth quickly and silently, then left through the front door. Phase one was a success, he just had to make it to UA and do the exams now.

He slowly walked but with being 20 mins away on foot, he got there 2 and a half hours early so instead he made his way inside and went straight to the staff room. He knows people might be in there but he wants some coffee, and no one can stop him.

Inside the staff room was only Aizawa so Izuku put on his voice changer and quietly made coffee, being sure to make another one for his friend while leaving a note. 'Once you drink the coffee, you'll know who made it ;)'

He managed to get out without being noticed and by the time he made it to the front entrance again, he only had an hour left to wait. Yes, he got lost, but he got his coffee and managed to kill some extra time, so a win win.

Izuku found a bench and laid on it while slowly sipping his coffee. Once finishing his coffee, he rested his eyes and basked in the sun. Although not long after, a shadow covered the sunlight making it suddenly very dark. He opened his eyes and saw a guy with yellow hair and a lightning bolt in black on his hair. I wonder how he manages to keep it that sharp while it grows. Izuku removed his voice changer, he didn't really need it now his only chance to speak to a teacher was gone.

"Hey! I'm Denki Kaminari." "Izuku Midoriya." Izuku sat up and shook hands with his new found friend. "We should really be heading in Yano." "Oh sorry I didn't realise the time, let's go." They stood up together and made little chatter while making their way to the writing exam. Izuku was happy to of made a friend and hoped to see him in his class of 1-A.

The exam was mildly boring and by half way he was fully completed so all he did now was sit and wait. Then, he heard the sound of tape. He looked to his left and saw a guy with a tape quirk trying to get his attention.

When he looked at this dude, the stranger smiled while flipping to his front page and turned his paper so Izuku could see. There it said 'Sero Hanta' Izuku did the same and Sero read his name. Then they started to throw notes to one another. Sero still wasn't finished but was writing while Izuku was replying to the notes he was given. Throughout the other half of the exam, they conversed with each other, making the time pass quickly.

Izuku may of also helped Sero with some answers, but hey, he needed to make sure he knew at least someone in this school and he knew for a fact Denki was struggling on this exam from just seeing him up front.

All papers were collected in and everyone left the hall. Denki ran up to Izuku and Sero and they all introduced each other and continued to stay with each other throughout the lunch break before the physical exam.

Sadly, lunch was over pretty quickly and the three boys had to go to their resigned seats. Izuku took his seat then looked to his right where he saw Bakugo. "Kacchan?" "Hey deku! Long time no see nerd! What you been doing?" "Bit of everything what about you?" Before Bakugo could answer Present Mic started his presentation. Izuku read the pamphlet before the presentation started so for the next 30 mins, Izuku zoned out and relaxed.

The presentation was over quickly, especially with a little nap in between,
Even if some weird robot boy was screaming at him for not listening and taking it seriously.

He said his goodbye to Bakugo and made his way to the ground he was assigned too. While tying his shoes, ready to run, a boy with spiky red hair tripped over him. "Ah shit I'm so sorry." "Hey no worries bro." Izuku lent out a hand and pulled up the stranger. "The names Eijiro Kirishima." "Izuku Midoriya." "Good luck out there!" "Yeah! You too!"

The gates opened and the signal to go was soon screamed out. Izuku made his way to the front and first used Dabi's cremation to take out 5 three pointers then using Shigiraki's quirk, he ran and turned many more into dust. He was very quickly racking up points before deciding he should leave the rest to the others and have a nap on a roof.

From the camera's, Aizawa was sipping his perfect coffee with a smile, he knew the young vigilante and taken his advice and now he knew exactly what the young boy looked like, but he would never sell out someone he considered bearable to spend time with, he needed Izuku in his class if he was going to survive.
