Season 5: 2# Nightmares

Zach's POV

I was shocked when I heard that Tommy and Tubbo have been having nightmares. That explains why they've been acting off lately but it's still not cool hearing that your friends have been having nightmares. I think that they've been going through PTSD because I went through that as well. In Norfolk Island of course.

Zach: I can't believe it, you guys having nightmares?

Tommy: Yeah.

Zach: I'm not 100% sure but because of your traumatic experiences and having nightmares right now, I think you have PTSD.

Tommy: What?

Toby: What's that?

Zach: PTSD, or post-traumatic stress disorder is a mental and behavioural disorder that can develop because of exposure to a traumatic event. You're going to have nightmares after a traumatic event which isn't very cool. I know the signs and symptoms of this because I went through it during my teenage years.

Tommy: So Tubbo and I have been showing signs of PTSD?

Zach: Yes. Now I need to help Tubbo up.

I picked up Tubbo and put him back to bed as well as tucking him up with his blanket. Then, I wanted to pay Brad a visit because my teammates are showing signs of PTSD. And maybe he would help us sign up for therapy for my teammates who have been going through something.

Zach: I'm going to need to visit Brad and sign up for therapy sessions for you guys. And probably for some other members because they've been acting off.

Tommy: Are you sure? Walking out of the dorms alone during the night is a little dangerous.

Zach: If I can go out to Yuansu Park at night with you guys, I can go out by myself at night.

Toby: But you might need a coat because it's chilly out there.

Zach: Yeah, I'll get it from my room before going to the hospital.

I walked back to my room to grab my jumper, socks and oxygen tank and then went downstairs to get my shoes. I made sure my amulet is on all the time to make sure I'm safe before starting my nighttime walk to the hospital. I then started walking until I was accompanied by a Light spirit who seemed to be a Shark Totem.

Zach: Who are you?

Foolish: Call me Foolish, I'm a half Shark half Totem Light Spirit from Yuansu Park.

Zach: Really? Who sent you here?

Foolish: Jerry.

Zach: Jerry as in, Mr. Tan?

Foolish: Yes. He heard that you were going alone tonight so he sent me to accompany you.

Zach: Oh okay.

Foolish: So, where are you going?

Zach: Zodiac College Hospital, a hospital where Spirits like us get treated. As well as humans who are learning the way of spirits. I'm Zachariah, by the way but you can call me Zach and I'm genderfluid.

Foolish: Really?

Zach: Yeah.

Foolish: How old are you?

Zach: 18 and I'm the youngest member of my team to become Zodiac leader. I'm also the only American and Hybrid Spirit to do the job.

Foolish: Wow, you're cool. Maybe I should join the team.

Zach: I dunno, I don't have the Dragon Gem on me. And I need to clarify with the other members and the other leaders.

Foolish: Okay, take your time. So why are you going to the hospital?
