"I'm not hungry," Aurora whines.
"Aurora! Eat!" Hermione shouts. "You need strength for the game!"
"Oh, come on, 'Mione! What if I throw up or something?" Aurora asks.
"You won't! Just eat!" Hermione assures her.
"Fine!" Aurora takes a bite of the toast on her plate. "Happy?"
"Yes," Hermione smiles with content.
"Good luck today, Potter," Snape comes up to the table. Aurora sighs and looks down. Ouch. "Then again, now that you've proven yourself against a troll, a little game of Quidditch should be easy work for you...even if it is against Slytherin." He then looks at Aurora.
"Oh, and good luck, Watson. I was good friends with your father back when I was a student here. He was an excellent quidditch player. I have no doubt you will be too," Snape assures the girl, patting her on the back. Aurora furrows her eyebrows at Snape as he leaves. Was Snape just... nice to me?
"That explains the blood," Harry states.
"Blood?" Hermione asks.
"Listen, last night; I'm guessing Snape let the troll in as a diversion so he could try and get past that 3 headed dog. But, he got himself bitten, that's why he's limping," Harry explains. "But why would anyone go near that dog?" Hermione asks.
"The day I was at Gringotts, Hagrid took something out of one of the vaults," Harry states. "He said it was Hogwarts' business, very secret."
"So you're saying..." Hermione trails.
"That's what the dog's guarding!" Harry exclaims. "That's what Snape wants."
"Harry, I don't know. Quirrell seemed pretty suspicious last night," Aurora mentions.
"What do you mean, Aurora?" Hermione asks.
"Last night, when I was leaving the Great Hall, this was before everyone was running out because Quirrell announced the troll. I passed by Quirrell. He seemed completely calm. Then five seconds later, everyone was running out and screaming. I doubt he made it from his place with me, to the dungeons, and back in the span of like 2 minutes." Aurora replies.
"Wait. Do you think Quirrell had something to do with the troll?" Hermione asks.
"Quirrell? You mean that coward? No way!" Ron exclaims.
Just then, my Northern Saw-Whet Owl, Sinatra, drops a long package with a note.

I'm so proud of you, sweetheart! You'll be an amazing chaser, just like me! You're shaping up to be an amazing witch! I love you,
Dad

"Open it up! See what it is!" Hermione exclaims. Aurora begins to tug at the blue wrapping. She smiles as she looks at the beautiful boom.
"Woah! Is that a Thunderbolt Seven?" Ron asks.
"Yeah, it's the broom my dad used!" Aurora grins widely at the broom. These were expensive brooms, and her father got her one. She felt like he was super proud. Just then, Hedwig, Harry's Snowy Owl, drops a package that looks similar to Aurora's.
"But I-I never get mail," Harry states as he opens the package.
"It's a Nimbus 2000!" Ron exclaims.
"But who...?" Harry asks. He looks over and sees McGonagall petting Hedwig. She gives him a soft smile that he reciprocates.

"Are you guys scared?" Oliver asks as they are about to go into the match.
"Not really," Aurora replies confidently, and Oliver chuckles.
"I am a little," Harry sighs.
"That's all right. I felt the same way before my first game," Oliver pats Harry's back.
"What happened?" Harry asks, looking up at Oliver.
"Er, I don't really remember. I took a bludger to the head 2 minutes in. Woke up in the hospital a week later," Oliver replies.
"I take it back; I'm scared now," Aurora's eyes widen.
"Don't worry, Rora, I believe in you," Oliver puts his arm around her, pulling her into a side hug. "You'll do great."
He releases her from the hug as everyone mounts their brooms.
"Hello, and welcome to Hogwarts' first Quidditch game of the season!" Lee Jordan shouts into the microphone. "Today's game Slytherin versus Gryffindor!"
Everyone cheers loudly, mostly the Gryffindors. The players take their positions on the broom.
"The players take their positions as Madam Hooch steps out onto the field to begin the game," Lee Jordan exclaims.
"Now, I want a nice clean game...from all of you!" Hooch exclaims and looks at Slytherin. She kicks the trunk holding the balls, and the bludgers fly up.
"The bludgers are up...followed by the Golden Snitch," Lee Jordan announces. "Remember, the snitch is worth 150 points. The seeker who catches the Snitch ends the game."
The snitch flies around and then flies off. Hooch grabs the Quaffle and then throws it up.
"The Quaffle is released...and the game begins!" Lee Jordan states.
Aurora immediately takes the Quaffle and zooms around the Slytherins. She comes face to face with Marcus Flint, the team captain. She goes down and then gets up to the goal and throws it in.
"Aurora Watson scores! 10 points for Gryffindor!" Lee exclaims and puts 10 points in.
"Woo! Go, Aurora!" Harry exclaims from the air. Just then, a bludger almost hits him in the face.
Then Bletchley gets the Quaffle from Katie Bell.
"Slytherin takes possession of the Quaffle. Bletchley passes to Captain Marcus Flint," Lee relays the game.
Flint weaves through the Gryffindors and throws it at the goal, but Oliver blocks the ball with the end of his broom. Oliver gives a little smirk to Marcus, who just groans and flies away. Aurora gets the Quaffle and then is surrounded by Slytherins. She throws it to Johnson. Katie and Angelina pass the ball as they make their way to the goal. Angelina takes the Quaffle and chucks it at the goal, making it in.
"Another 10 points to Gryffindor!"
Eventually, Marcus grabs the beater's bat from one of the beaters and launches a bludger at Oliver. He grabs the Quaffle and throws it at the goal, but Aurora grabs it before going in. She then speeds over to the other end of the Quidditch Pitch and throws it into the goal.
"10 points to Gryffindor!"
"Take that side!" Marcus exclaims. He and another Slytherin chaser box Johnson in and launch her to the area under the towers of bleachers. The Slytherin team then makes a goal.
Then, Harry finds the snitch. He starts to zoom to it, but then his broom begins to wobble.
"Harry! What's going on?" Aurora asks.
"I-I don't know!" He exclaims.
Hermione looks through her binoculars and sees Snape muttering things.
"It's Snape! He's jinxing the broom!" Hermione tells Ron
"Jinxing the broom? What do we do?" Ron asks.
"Leave it to me," Hermione hands her binoculars to Ron. She makes her way to the stands where Snape is.
Harry is then knocked off and hanging by his hands.
"Harry! Take my hand!" Aurora exclaims.
"What about the game?" he asks.
"Your life is more important!" Aurora tells him. Just then, the brook stops shaking. Harry climbs up.
"Wait! It's okay, Aurora! Thank you!" Harry exclaims and then zooms off toward the snitch.
"Watson! Heads up!" Katie Bell shouts. The Quaffle is zooming at her. She grabs it and makes way to the goal. She throws it, but the Slytherin Keeper blocks it.
Just then, Harry rolls off his broom on the ground after chasing the snitch with the Slytherin Seeker.
"Looks like he's gonna be sick!" Hagrid states warily.
Harry then spits out the Snitch.
"He's got the Snitch! Harry Potter receives 150 points for catching the Snitch!" Lee Jordan exclaims, jumping up and down with glee
Hooch blows her whistle and announces. "Gryffindor wins!"
"Woo!" Aurora exclaims. She flies to the ground, and Oliver pulls her into a hug.
"Great job out there, Watson!" He tells her.
"Thanks, Oli," She smiles up at the boy.
