Anubhav sat on the bed with teary eyes. “Hassena ji, aapne hame aapne kiye ki saza de di. Pehle jab aap humse pyaar karti thi, ham aapki kadr nahi karte the. Aur jab aaj hume aapne pyaar ka abhaas hua tab aap humse dur chali gai hai, hamesha ke liye..”, he thought. He got up from the bed and approached the cupboard. He opened it and took out a diary with some pictures in it. “Koi baat nahi Hassena ji, aapki inn yaadon ke sahare hi ji lenge hum”, he smiled and closed his eyes; letting the tears flow. “Pata nahi kya jaadu kar diya hai aapne sabke upar!”, he chuckled and wiped out the tears on his cheeks. His phone rang breaking his thought process. It was Ayesha. “Hello sir!” “Hello! Ayesha sab thik hai na? Itni raat gaye durbhash kiya?” “Anubhav sir, Jacob aur saare gang members Lucknow ke saare clubs mein sein aapne illegal kaamon ke saboot hata rahe hai. Unhe kisi Mission member ne tip di hai ki hum un par action lene vale hai. Mujhe daar hai ki agar ek baar yeh Jacob hamare haat se nikal gaya toh isse dubara dhundna lagbhag namumkin ho jayega”, she put forth the fear of losing the opportunity to get hold on the gang. “Tumhe chinta karne ki avashyakta nahi hai. Hum abhi aa rahe hai, Nayan ke saath. Tum vahi rehna. Aur jald se jald location bhejo”, Anubhav commanded. “Yes sir!”, with that she disconnected the call.

“Fir kya hua?”, Hassena asked. “Fir humne Nayan ko phone kiya lekin uska durbhash yantr switched off aa raha tha toh humne usse location bheja aur kuch officers ke saath vaha uss location par pohoch gaye”, Anubhav replied. “Nayan vaha nahi aya tha kya?”, Hassena asked. “Aya tha.. hum sochte hai ki voh kyu aya? Nahi aya hota toh accha hota”, Anubhav said. “Fir?” “Fir hum club ke andar gaye....”

Flashback

“Dekho dhyaan rakhna, koi bhi yaha se bahar na ja sake”, Anubhav ordered. “Aur ha mujhe Jacob chahiye, chahe voh zinda ho ya nahi isse koi fark nahi padta. Is that clear?” “Yes sir!”, saying this all officers parted in different ways. Anubhav was searching but the club was completely empty. Suddenly, his eyes halted on a wall. He felt like something is fishy. He touched the wall and realised that it was a plywood. He started looking for a entrance inside. He finally found out the entrance and pushed the door. It was finally opened. There were only boxes. But he was able to listen some noises as if someone is struggling to get out of someone's hold. He prepared his gun and proceeded.

He found Ayesha struggling to get out from the hold of ropes. Anubhav quickly ran to her. “Kya hua? Yeh kisne kiya?”, Anubhav asked concerned. “My cover is blown. Unhe pata chal gaya hai ki main ek undercover Officer hun...”, Ayesha spoke panting. “Lekin yeh hua kaise? Kisne bataya ki tum ek undercover agent hon?” “Shayad mujhe yeh baat pata hai”, Ayesha said. “Kon.....”, his sentence was incomplete as Jacob entered with his gang members. “Wah kya baat hai? Yahi ek khasiyat hai tum jaise officers ki. Aapne saathi kon kabhi bhi akela nahi chodte”, Jacob said with a smirk on his face. Anubhav removed his gun which he had put into jacket. Jacob's men too removed their guns. “Jyada hoshiyar maat bano officer. Aa toh gaye par aab tum log yaha se zinda baach ke nahi ja sakte”, Jacob said. “Bandh do dono ko!”, Jacob ordered his men.

The men did as ordered and Jacob was roaming back and forth infront of them. “Tum dono ko laga ki Jacob ko itni asani se phasa doge. Itna asaan nahi hai yeh saab. Aab tum dono bohot ko bohot pachtana padega”, Jacob said. Anubhav was just staring him. “Are! Aaise kyu ghur rahe ho officer? Mujhe pata hai tu yahi soch raha hoga ki maine aab tak tum dono ko mara kyu nahi? Haina?”, Jacob said. “Aaise bandh kar officers ko dhamki de rahe ho tum?” “Nahi maine suna hai officer ki tu iss officer ki bohot ijjat karta hai, behen manta hai isse, haina? Toh aab iss rishte ko kalankit hone se koi nahi bacha sakta”. Anubhav and Ayesha looked at each other in great shock. One goon moved to tore her dress. “Ruko!”, Anubhav shouted. “Sun ladki! Tere paas do hi option hai, yah toh maine jo kaha voh karo, ya toh aapne aap ko maar do. Kyuki tere paas dusra option nahi hai. Agar tune vaisa nahi kiya na toh tujhe marenge baad mein usse pehle har din tere ijjat ki boli lagegi, samjhi”, Jacob said in wicked tone and left with his men after freeing them and locking the door.

Ayesha and Anubhav were on the verge of crying. “Aab kya kare hum?”, Anubhav said. “Aab ek hi option hai, mujhe maarna hi Hoga!”, Ayesha said shocking Anubhav. “Yeh tum kya keh rahi ho, Ayesha? Tumhe pata hai ki hamari zindagi bohot amulya hoti hai. Aaise maat socho. Hume yaha se nikalne ka koi na koi tarika mil hi jayega”, Anubhav tried to convince her. But her fear of living with guilt for ruining their relationship of Brother sister was killing her. “Nahi bhaiya. Yahi tarika hai. Main aapko aaise guilt ke saath jine nahi de sakti”, with that she picked the gun and tried to shoot herself but Anubhav held the gun. “Nahi Ayesha! Hum tumhe aaisa nahi karne denge”, he tried to snatch the gun away, but suddenly there was gunshot and Ayesha gasped in pain. She fell in Anubhav's arms and murmured ‘sorry’ and closed her eyes forever....
