::???::
"Boss, it was a scam. It was all a scam. The nurse lady is going to take your chick to the police station. Then you 'gon get arrested." I said.
I was sitting in my office. I was just spying on Rainee, and her nurse, Ms.Cortez. I had went back to tell Boss.
"Well, KILL her then! I can't lose Rainee!" Boss screamed through my phone.
I thought about it for a moment.
"Wait, wait, I don't do no murderin' now, Boss. That ain't me." I said, nervously.
"Unless YOU wanna be the person to face my wrath, I highly suggest you get RID of that goddamn nurse!"
I cringed at the thought of an angry Boss.
"Okay, Boss. Got it."
It's a shame a fine woman like her has to go so young.
::Rainee::
"Rainee, it's time to go. Hurry up, come on."
I open my eyes and the nurse was staring at me. She pulled me out of bed and ushered me to the closet. There, were some bags of food.
"It's for just in case we don't make it to the police station, but you survive." She said.
"Why haven't you told me your name, yet?" I asked.
The nurse facepalmed.
"Oh! Um yes, I am Nurse Alicia Cortez." She responded.
"Ok, I was just wondering."
"We need to hurry. Come on." Alicia said pushing me out of the door.
We hurried down a narrow hallway. Most of the rooms were either closed or used. Soon, we reached a white exit door. Alicia pulled my hand, and we rushed to a silver car. It was quite a nice car. Alicia handed me the bag and got into the driver seat. I sat in the front seat.
"Now all we have to do is make it to the police station. Then you'll be free, Rainee."
I nodded and smiled.
I looked at the mountains. They were passing by so quickly. Once again, we're on an empty road. I looked at the beautiful ring on my ring finger. There goes an easy $10,000.
Score! Bang! I looked at Alicia, her head on the steering wheel. A bullet hole was in her head.
"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!"
Crash!
****************************
I opened my eyes to see I was still in Alicia's upside down car. My legs had glass shards in them. My back stung badly. Alicia wasn't even in the car! Was she not dead?!
The car was too cramped for me to get out.
"Help! Somebody help!"
A hand reached into the car. I grabbed it and got yanked from out of the severed car. The person who pulled me out wasn't Alejandro. I had no idea who he was. I lay on the ground, confused and frightened because the stranger stared at me.
Then he put a gun to my face.
"Get up. Now." He demanded.
I obeyed. He yanked me by my arm and I attempted to walk, but failed miserably.
I cringed in pain, and fell down in the grass.
"WHAT are you DOING?"
"I can't walk. I think my legs are broken!"
"I better be getting paid extra for this." The man said, picking me up bridal style.
I whimpered in pain. The man carried me all the way down the road, until a black SUV with tinted windows pulled up, next to us. The driver rolled the windows down.
"Great job, Tomás. Great job."
