Can't Escape

Chapter 10(very short)

::Rainee::

Bang! Bang! Bang!

"Rainee Carter! Are you in there?! It's the police! Rainee Carter! We're here to rescue you!" A loud male voice called from behind the bedroom door.

I jumped off the bed and ran to the door.

"Yes! It's me! Rainee Carter! I'm locked in here!" I yelled.

"Hold on! Back away from the door!"

Bang! Bang! Bang! Boom!

The police burst through the steel door. I ran into the black policeman's chest!

"Thank you so much! Thank you!" I yelled, crying tears of joy.

One of the policeman wrapped a cover around me, and put his arm on my shoulder and we began walking down the hallway.

Right before we got to the front door, Alejandro burst in shouting, "Not so fast!"

He shot the three policemen down with a machine gun. As they lay, dead, on the floor, I stared at Alejandro in fear. He then pointed his gun at me.

"Looks like you can't be trusted. Sayonara."

"Noooooo!!!!"

Bbbbbbbbbbbbbrrrrrrrrriiinnnnkkkk!!!

"No!!!" I screamed, as I sat up, in the bed.

I realized that I had a nightmare. And a scary one. And to think that I was going to escape from Alejandro. Well silly me.

The door suddenly swung open, and an exhausted- looking Alejandro tossed in a girl with long, bright red hair. He quickly shut the door and left the room.

The girl, lay on the floor, seemingly lifeless. Was she dead? Or was she alive? I cautiously got off the bed and checked the girl's pulse. She was definitely alive. She began to stir, and she looked at me. The girl was Chelsea?!

"Chelsea!" Is all I could say, as I hugged my best friend.

She slowly put her arms around my back.

"Rainee..." She mumbled.

I let go of Chelsea, and she sat up.

"Oh my God, Rainee! I just can't believe you're alive! I was so worried!"

"I've been here for a month, Chelsea! A month! He wants to MARRY me!" I said.

"I won't let him have you, Rain. No way."

"SPEAKING of THAT..." Alejandro called through the speaker.

Chelsea and I glanced at the speaker.

"Our wedding...Rain. It's in one week. It's on a private beach and it'll be you, me, Chelsea, and all my friends. I've already got everything planned. Doesn't that sound great?"

My eyes grew wide.

"There's no fucking way I'd ever marry a twisted, fucked up creep like you, Alejandro! I'd rather die!" I shouted.

"You wanna know something, Rain? I really don't care about anything you have to say. You belong to ME. I am your MASTER. Whatever I say goes. We are having this wedding next Saturday. And nobody can change that."

Then the speaker turned off. I put my hands on my face.

"No. Just fucking...NO!"

"Rainee..."

"I'm gonna kill myself, Chelsea! I can't do this!"
I screamed.

"Rainee, no!" Chelsea said, wrapping her arms around me.

"We will make it through this... together. Alejandro will be brought to justice. This isn't the way out." Chelsea said.

I began to cry. I put my face into Chelsea's chest and cried.

"We'll be okay, Rain. I won't let him hurt you."
