INGREDIENTS:
-20 oz (2 full packages) vanilla baking chips
-14 oz (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
-½ tsp peppermint extract
-1½ cups crushed candy canes
-Red food coloring
DIRECTIONS:
Line an 8x8 pan with foil and coat the foil with a non-stick spray or butter.
Turn a saucepan on medium heat and pour in sweetened condensed milk. Then, stir in the vanilla baking chips and stir until smooth. Take the pan off the heat and quickly stir in the peppermint extract and 1¼ cups of the crushed candy canes. Put in one to two drops of red food coloring and lightly swirl with a toothpick to create a marbled effect. Don't mix it too much!
Push your fudge mixture into the pan. Sprinkle leftover crushed candy canes on top and lightly press into the fudge.
Chill for at least two hours and cut into one-inch squares. Enjoy!
