Just to get things out of the way before continuing, I want to first discuss a little headcanon I have about these UnderTale skeletons, especially the Sans AUs.
The Sanses are not just normal monster skeletons but are a different type known as a shadow monster.
A shadow monster are god-like creatures, more powerful than a normal monster and human and the Sanses are, well, shadow monsters.
They can take on DETERMINATION more easily than normal monsters.
(What about Geno?) you ask.

Don't question the logic that doesn't exist.
I don't even know if logic is even a thing anymore.

Anyways...
Shadow monsters can do many things you can imagine and their behaviors are just... pretty random so expect moments the Sanses acting far from what their normal character is supposed to be like.
Example: Nightmare Sans is going sugar rush mode while Blue is just being grouchy for Asgore knows what.
In the chapter titles, I am going to put specific symbols/emojis that will tell you that something specific is going on in the chapter.
chapter - if there is no symbols or emojis, the chapter is just your ordinary chapter
chapter 🍋 - everyone knows what a lemon means, but incase if you don't, SKIP THE CHAPTER IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT LEMON IS YOU INNOCENT BEAN
*chapter* - this means the chapter is just an author's note or announcement
chapter 🩸 - if there is a drop of blood emoji, that means violence is happening in the chapter so beware
chapter 🍋? - if there is a question mark beside an emoji, that means the events is either "we didn't see it but we know it happened" or "it happened but the event was interrupted or stopped"
*edit: chapter 🤡 - if there is a clown emoji, that means the chapter has very random moments that may be funny or just don't make sense at all
Keep in mind that their might be some grammar or spelling errors and OOC moments (out of character moments) and jokes that might be too much or just doesn't make any sense at all.
