It was late in the city of Central Way. Around 9 p.m. or so. Puddles from rain prior to now were stepped on as a man carrying a sack was running through the dark alleyways. Meanwhile, a silhouette was running on the rooftops of the buildings in the same direction he was. The man running then encountered a dead end as the silhouette drops to the ground cornering him against the wall.
" Well, I guess this is the end of the road for you, huh? ", Rain said in his suit as he emerged from the shadows.
" Yeah? That's what you think! ", the criminal man then pulled out a gun from his pocket.
" BANG! BANG! "
" Hahah! Gotcha- wait.... ", the man noticed Rain was no longer in front of him anymore. " Damn....where'd he go?! ".
" Looking for me? ".
" Huh-guk!! ".
Rain then appeared behind him and karate chops him in the neck and the man drops the sack of the money he stole as he also drops to the ground unconscious.
" Well, I guess that's all for the night ", Rain said as he dusted his hands and leans the criminal against the wall.
He jumps onto a nearby rooftop as he then began hearing the sirens of the car from the police force coming to their location. A car stops in between the alley and a man steps out of the car.
An Asian man wearing a blue shirt walks into the scene. He wore a small vest over with shirt with the sleeves folded, he wore a belt with a gun holder attached to the right side of his pants, also wearing a white tie with black boots.

He walked down the alley as he smoke the cigarette in his mouth. He then sees and walks towards the criminal Rain had captured earlier with the sack of the stolen money on the ground. He notices a note attached to the sack on the ground. He kneels down, picks up the note and stood up as he read it.
" I took care of him for ya! Your welcome! "

" Huh... Red Suit.....you win this time, but I will get you sooner or later.... ", the policeman said as he crushed the note in his hand and throws it to the ground.
" Captain Tsubaki! What do we do with him? ", a fellow policeman said to him.
" Get 'em outta here, boys! ", the captain named Tsubaki said as the policeman nodded and dragged the criminal away to his cruiser.
As the scene was being unfolded, Rain was watching from a nearby rooftop where no one could see him. He casually leans on a wall as he listens to the officers talking below.
