Date

You were so nervous you kept fixing your outfit checking your phone as you sat on the park bench

You kept looking around wondering if he would show up

Would he show up

Like actually show up

As you looked down at you phone you heard

"hey...you look so beautiful today "

You looked up from your phone the sun shone into your eyes so you put your hand up to block it and it was...him!

"Um uh hey" you stumbled over your words

you didn't expect him to actually show up when he asked you out you didn't think he meant a really date!

Let's be honest you didn't know what he meant

"I didn't know what you liked so I just got some that reminded me of you" He says as he held out a gorgeous bunch of bright flowers yellow,purple,orange it seemed like he had gotten every colour in one bunch

You smiled and giggled "thank you so much these are beautiful" you said as you grabbed them

"Sooo...should we go for a stroll?" He asked not really knowing what to do in a park

"Yeah that sounds great but let me put these flowers in my car" you said calmly

"Yeah yeah of course sorry so stupid of me you don't wanna walk around with a bunch of flowers I should have got you something else" he said in an irritated tone to himself

"No I really like them...I'll be back in a sec" you said as you run/walking to your car

1 minute later

As you started walking back up the hill to where you met he wasn't there you started looking for him and calling out his name he really ditched on you? you thought to yourself then you heard your name behind you

"Hey I got ice creams"

You sighed in relief
(He didn't leave you said to yourself)

"I didn't know what you liked so I got just vanilla hope that's ok?"
He said nervously

"I love vanilla ice cream simple but perfect!" You said grabbing the ice cream

"Like you!" He said through a laugh

You giggled and started to walk down up the hill

"I'm really glad you came" you said with a mouth full of ice cream

"Really?!" He said with confusion

"Yeah I've been burned by love and people I've liked so many times I went numb but that day you just walked up and asked me out I was shocked but feeling brave so I said yes and I'm so glad I did" you said not making eye contact

"Wow. I'm sorry you've been hurt. I really wanted to ask you out because. because. You just...drew me in you looked like a super cool person and I was right" he said with a big proud smile on his face

"I'd actually like to do this again" you said stopping at the top of hill right in front of the sun

"You'd like to walk up a hill again?" He asked confused

"Noo! Dumb head I'd like to go on date with you again" you said laughing a little

"Oh are you asking me out?" He said with his hand on his chest in a higher pitch voice pretending to cry

You started laughing pretty hard

"Yeah what do you say pretty lady?" You asked with a deeper voice trying not to laugh

"Yess yess yess" He said jumping around

You both started to laugh

He put his hand out wanting to take your

You did.

You continue to walk around the park and he leans into your ear and whispers

"By the way you have an ice cream moustache"
