Maybe not?

chapter 6.5

"Come on!" Tubbo was bouncing on the spot from excitement, not only was he and Dream getting to escape their father for a whole weekend, but he also got to go with Ranboo, even Tommy could go. It was strange how fast he formed a connection with the blonde boy but Tommy seemed cool despite his loud personality. And Tubbo honestly was happy to have another friend.

Not that anyone could replace Ranboo or Dream. They were his two closest people and if it came down to it, he would drop anyone for them.

"Tubbo, calm down, we have to wait for the others before we can leave." Dream was trying to keep his little brother from taking off. Honestly, he was slightly scared for the ride to the camping spot if this was Tubbo right now and he hadn't even had any sugar.

"Ranboo's here and that's all that matters so we can go now." Dream sighed slightly. Don't get him wrong, he was extremely happy that Tubbo was excited, god knew the boy needed a bit more excitement in their miserable life, however, it was just a lot for Dream to try and deal with while trying to plan a whole camping trip for seven people.

"Dream! Dream! Dream, Karl and Quackity are here!" That snapped Dream out of his head pretty fast. He speed walked over to the door and held it open as the pair entered.

"Hello, hello everyone!" Quackity added to the excitement of the room, which Tubbo was absolutely thrilled by, though he hid it a bit by going over to Ranboo with the biggest grin ever and slightly tapping him over and over.

Karl was giggling at his boyfriend while trying to pull himself together to help Dream.

"Tubbo, get your bag and put it in the van." Tubbo jumped up, grabbing his bag and running to the van, Ranboo hot on his tail with his bag in his hand.

"God, what are we going to do with them?" Dream was shaking his head.

"I do not envy you brother, especially when Tommy shows up, god knows where that kid gets his energy from." Karl acted all sympathetic now but everyone knew he would be cacking himself with laughter when all three children were met up. It's funny how everyone just refers to the younger boys as children when, technically, they were all still children in the eyes of the law. Oh well, Dream had to grow up at like three, he's used to it.

Tommy and Wilbur pulled up in an Uber about five minutes later and Dream didn't Tubbo could be more excited and not physically explode.

they all boarded the van that they had each put money into renting and getting onto the road to start their four hour drive.

The ride was chaotic with all three younger boys sitting next to each other, Tubbo at the window, Ranboo in the middle and Tommy on the other side of him. They stopped at McDonald's briefly, Tubbo only slightly panicking on the inside.

Despite the amount of noise coming from the vehicle from Tubbo playing music and everyone absolutely belting it out as loud as they could, the trip to the spot went really smoothly. Maybe everything would be fine.

After everyone helped set up the tent and where the campfire would be it was getting towards the end of the day. Excitement levels were still high and no one particularly wanted to just sit down so the group decided to go for a walk.

They didn't get far till they heard the sounds of teenagers partying, Tubbo and Dream instantly picked up the smell of alcohol and moved instinctually closer to each other. Ranboo and Wilbur seemed to be the only ones to notice as the others stayed blissfully unaware.

"Guys! We should go crash their party! Lets gooo! FREE ALCOHOL!" Quackity seemed pretty set on the idea and Karl looked like he would have jumped off a bridge if Quackity had asked. The pair started walking through the bushes and towards the flashing lights, the others naturally followed, albeit a bit more hesitant.
