3rd POV
Few hours past and there was only 20 minutes left until it was the time where Nezuko and Zenitsu meet up at the park.
Nezuko has been looking over the time on her phone for the past few minutes repeatedly, too excited to say the least. Tanjiro sighed at how his sister would groan and accidentally drop her phone on her face when she was slowly dozing off.
Meanwhile with Zenitsu, he's been walking around his room for a while now. He too, was excited to meet her (Without knowing the idea they knew each other ofc). He played a few games on his phone while looking on top of his screen at the digital clock to make sure he doesn't get carried away.
10 minutes left, Zenitsu already left his home 3 minutes ago to go to the park. He decided to just walk his way there instead, after all he needed to feel the fresh cooling breeze again anyway. Nezuko just left the house and was jogging her way to the park.
Since the park itself was only 15 minutes away from her place, she didn't need to run there immediately.
Zenitsu had his earphones on, listening to some music as he reached his destination. There was only 6 more minutes to spare so he decided to just hang out at the bench nearby and wait for 'Nezuko-chan'.
Meanwhile with Nezuko, she was now running. She had 5 minutes left and her destination is 8 minutes far from where she is now. Eventually, she made it just in time and slowed down to catch onto her breath, taking her phone out to message 'Zenitsu-kun'.
[Hey! I'm here]
[You just came?]
[Yeah]
[I'm near the playground area,
where are you?]
[You know the big tree with daisies around it on the middle of the park?]
[Yep, are you over there?]
[I'm sitting on the bench behind it.]
[I'm wearing a yellow jacket btw]
[Ah alright. See you there!]
The black hair girl walked her way to the center of the park, following the path that led towards the big tree. She looked around only to notice someone rather familiar and decided to go closer to look at their face. Right as the person turned around, Nezuko's eyes widened.
"Zenitsu?" She said, tilting her head a little.
"Nezuko? What are you doing here?" Zenitsu asked, pausing the music and took his earphones off.
"I came here to meet my frie-... Wait.." And that's when it finally hit her. "Zenitsu-kun?!"
"What- ... Hold on- Nezuko-chan!?" Nezuko just nodded.
"Wait so this whole time we were.. How could I be so dumb?" Zenitsu said to himself, smacking his head mentally. (A/N: FINALLY THESE IDIOTS FIGURED)
Nezuko just stood there, giggling at him. Zenitsu looked at her and wondered what's so funny until he realized what made her laugh, and just laughed along with her too. The girl then stopped laughing and stared into his eyes with a smile, walking forward a little closer to him and gave him a big hug. Which Zenitsu himself didn't really expect it so sudden.
"I'm actually glad it was you, even though our names were very obvious of who we are" Nezuko mumbled with a laugh.
"Yeah. It's kinda funny of how oblivious we were" Zenitsu chuckled as he hugged her back. His heart was starting to beat faster and he couldn't help but blush at it.
"... You know.. I couldn't believe that I fell for you..." Zenitsu said in his head, or so he thought he did.
"H-Huh?"
Zenitsu quickly pulled away from the hug and started to panic. "I'M SORRY DID I SAY THAT OUT LOUD? I- I DIDN'T MEAN-" His sentence was cut off short when a pair of lips interrupted him. He was shock for a second but soon melted into the kiss. It was very sweet yet it was a short and quick kiss.
Both of them pulled away and once Zenitsu was back to reality, his face became burning red as he touched his lips. As for Nezuko, her face was glowing a bright shade of pink and she tilted her head down to look at the floor.
"I- I'm sorry Zenitsu- My body just moved on it's own a-and-" Zenitsu lifted her chin up to face him and smashed his lips against hers again, making the girl surprised, not even a second passed and she already gave in. Both of them could feel each other smiling through the kiss, as it was very passionate and gentle at the same time.

"
Are you sure it's gonna happen?" Makomo whispered, looking at her camera phone that showed two people.
"I'm sure of it!" Tanjiro whispered back, eyes were focused on the screen that was zoomed at a certain pair.
"Shut up and just watch, idiots!" Inosuke whisper-yelled.
Apparently, Tanjiro informed his friends that Zenitsu and Nezuko were meeting up and told them everything about the texting incident and such. And now, here they are. Spying at the two lovebirds from afar with their phone cameras zoomed in on them.
"Oh my, is she going for it?" Shinobu said, looking a little closely to her phone. Kanao just hummed quietly and watched beside her.
The cameras showed the two of them kissed and they all cheered silently, giving each other high-fives without making a loud clap noise. They soon shushed each other and focused on their screens again when the pulled away.
"I bet you ¥10 that Zenitsu is going to kiss her again" Makomo quickly said when Nezuko had her head facing on the ground.
"Bet!" Inosuke whispered back. Few seconds later, they all witnessed Zenitsu making the next move by lifting her chin up and immediately kissing her again, which made them left their jaws hanging and look at each other.
Inosuke had to quickly give Makomo his ¥10 since he lost the bet as she just smirked and cackled quietly. Tanjiro and Sabito were still focused on the couple as Shinobu and Kanao were squealing below a whisper and literally just fangirl-ing over their friends kissing. Not to mention, they were all spying from behind a tree. Or two trees actually.
Once the lovebirds pulled away, Nezuko suddenly made eye contact with Tanjiro, which made Zenitsu curious at what she was looking at and turned to the direction Nezuko was staring at. They all froze when Zenitsu and Nezuko saw them.
"Retreat!" Sabito shouted and they all ran away into different directions. Leaving the lovely couple confused and filled with questions that no doubt they were going to ask them later.
Hooray for another short cringy chapter! Ok I'll go back to sleep now
