(Ps: I won't be including all the wedding scene, because it seems long and too detailed in traditional Korean wedding and I'm too lazy to do that. Also I have been writing some ideas so it took me almost 2-3 months from the break sorry for those who are waiting for the update)
Bang Chan was too tired from the wedding. Imagine having so many steps here and there, yet he can't still see Jeongin who was in the red hanbok.
The Crowned prince was excited. Too excited that he'll jump at Jeongin The moment he sees the younger on the red Hanbok.
Yes, Bang Chan admitted it was tiring to have a wedding. But the moment he finally saw the younger, his face lit up scanning Jeongin as if it was his treasure. Jeongin was already Chans' mi amor everybody knows that. Including the one reading.
The Crowned prince once thought when he was a child, 'aren't they tired to see the others' face everyday and every second? Isn't it too tiring to say 'I love you' to their other half until they die?' The child Chan once thought that was horrifying and would never do something like that.
But now that Chan is a mature man who can even raise a family. He finally realized that the moment he saw the younger. Jeongin was the only person who'd make Him loyal, The one that he knows he'll only have his eyes on. Jeongin was the only person that can make his love for the older grow more and more each day and each minute even a second.
He saw how the younger got out the carriage, how the Hanbok gracefully followed his back, his white skin, his plump red lips that Chan wants to kiss right then and there. But one thing caught his eye. Jeongin was not happy. Yes. Jeongin was beautiful even from before but his face screamed 'I don't want this! Get me out of here!'. Yet even though the younger was getting closer, Chan looked at how his crescent eyes turned into a glaring one, his smiled that slowly disappeared as the younger saw Chan in front of him getting closer.
Jeongin was now beside Chan who had tear slipped on his cheeks. Jeongin looked at the older and tilted his head.
"Are you ok Chan?" The younger asked "of course I am! I'm marrying you, but you're probably horrified now" Chan whispered that only both of them can hear.
Hearing a silence from the younger gave Chan his answers, Jeongin could only hum in response made Chan shattered into pieces.
Chan started this, he knew it very well and every detail. But what can he do? The only thing that he didn't get from his whole life was Jeongins' love even if it was just like a droplet.
In the end of time Chan and Jeongin will only part in their own ways. That's only for them to decide.
After an awkward silent from the two. They finally started to do what they should do in a wedding. But it only ended with a fake and forced smile and ignoring when they went back from their now shared house.
The two was now ignoring each other. When the two made eye contact or suddenly see each other they'll run away (The house was like a mansion). But this time when Jeongin passed by Chan. He was pulled gently by the older until their face were centimeters apart, their nose almost brushing against each other.
Jeongin was the one two pull away and now Chan covered his face and Jeongin who was blushing "a toast should do for us...." Chan suggested in a calm way.
Jeongin nodded and went to grab the wine and a glass that was as small as a tea cup. The two was seated in distance and the prince scooted closer.
The two looked into each other's eyes more than a minute, and raised their glass and did the crossed arms drink (idk what that thing calls but if u know please lmk I'll edit it).
1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8, and so on the newlyweds was now on their 17th shot, not caring about anything. It wasn't their first time to get this wasted, but Jeongin was scared, scared that he'd make the same mistake just like the last time.
"I'll sleep at the floor..." Jeongin suggested at the blushing older because of the wine.
"Hmm? Why sleeping at the floor when we're already married?" Chan answered the younger.
"It's— umm— I can't sleep with you yet..." Jeongin blushed but the sleep he meant was in need of a parental guidance to the viewers. (😏)
"Don't worry Jeongin I only meant sleeping only.... And nothing else" Chan reassured the younger who was probably cursing at himself now.
"S-sure..." Jeongin answered. Sure enough The younger wants to sleep now, he was getting tipsy from the wine they drank a while ago.
The two laid down at the soft mattress. The bed was big even enough for a five member to sleep on, but Bang Chan made no gap.
Jeongin who noticed this, quickly rolled away from the Crowned prince. Putting a barrier made Bang Chan sat up.
"Why put a pillow?" Chan asked who was almost asleep.
"For a protection.... I guess?" Jeongin whispered the last part.
The older chuckled "calm down baby I'm not a wolf—" Chan stopped "—but if you ask me I won't stop myself from it" he added.
"I didn't say you were a wolf geez" Jeongin was now blushing from the word 'baby' but thank God, Chan thought it was from a wine.
"Then why placing that in between us?" Chan looked at Jeongin in confusion but teasing way.
"Nothing. I thought you might be uncomfortable, because you must be used without someone by your side when sleeping" Jeongin looked down.
"You're right... I'm used to sleeping alone, but Jeongin we're lawfully belonged to each other. And I want this Jeongin. Not because I'm forced to marry you doesn't mean we'll have our own business" Chan said who almost made a speech and came closer to the youngers' face.
Of course Jeongin being the good boy he is closed his eyes And was surprised that the older kissed him.
At the forehead. Ouch.
That made the younger disappointed to be honest, but he won't admit it. No way.
"Good night Jeongin. Do you still have anything to say? If not then I'll sleep, I have a lot of things to do tomorrow" Chan reassured if the younger was okay.
Jeongin only nodded, and this time Jeongin was pulled by Chan hugging him, without any word the two fell asleep in each other's arms.
