A/N: This chapter is a bit of a mess. I want to proceed with the plot but I don't know how to get there so I'm trying to skip and rush things. I'm sorry I don't update as much as I did before. Anyways, hope you enjoy!

Seungmin was walking to the school gates with his earphones plugged in and focused on his phone. He stopped when he saw a pair of sneakers blocking his way. Seungmin looked up, surprised but managed to stay calm at Hyunjun's appearance.

"What?" Seungmin said.

"Just needed to confirm something." Hyunjun said.

"Are we even on talking terms?"

"Considering that you nor I can't fight shit, I think talking's the best method."

"Touché but you're right. So what's up?" Seungmin said, pretending to be cool.

Hyunjun rolled his eyes and shoved his hands into his pant pockets. He glanced around a bit then turned to Seungmin.

"You haven't reported anything to your group, have you?"

"Why should I tell you that?"

"I already know so you don't need to lie." Hyunjun bluffed.

"Then why ask?" Seungmin muttered.

"I told you I wanted to confirm. Now another thing, what is it that your group's after?"

"You expect an answer out of me? Just like that?" Seungmin snapped his fingers.

Hyunjun pressed his lips into a thin line. Before the conversation continued, Sunwoo arrived at the scene. Seungmin immediately frowned upon his arrival. Sunwoo smirked at the reaction. He swung an arm around Hyunjun and whispered into his ear.

Seungmin raised a brow at the hush conversation. Hyunjun nodded and looked back at Seungmin.

"We'll get going now." He said.

Seungmin didn't bother replying as the two took off. He looked at the figures in suspicion. On the other side, Jeongin and Felix jogged towards him. Seungmin turned to them about to inform them of what just happened although it was minor. But Felix butt in before he could speak.

"We need to go. The hyungs might possibly need backup."

"What? I thought they were just going to monitor the date." Seungmin said in confusion.

"They were. But Chanhee got guys tailing him. I guess he also brought backup." Jeongin said, showing his phone to Seungmin.

Seungmin suddenly remembered the hushed whispers of Hyunjun and Sunwoo. So that must be what they were talking about. He looked up at the other two.

"I think the other side just called extra backup as well."

Chanhee giggled at Chan's attempt at conversation. He popped a bite of waffle into his mouth and moaned at the taste. Chan's eyes comically widened at that. He fought off his blush by drowning himself in water.

"Thanks for inviting me out here. I really enjoyed it." Chanhee said.

"I'm glad you did." Chan smiled.

For a moment, Chan actually forgot that Chanhee was a possible enemy. He was laughing and enjoying his 'date' with the guy. They were having waffles at a small dessert house right now. Chan paused when he saw some whip cream smeared at the corner of Chanhee's lips.
