Eighteen

Hyunjae and Younghoon stepped into the prestigious hall. They observed the lavish setting of the place, not surprised. Juyeon walked up beside them and peeked at the room over the corridor. It was the casino room. He tilted his head as he saw an old man laughing while taking advantage of the girl beside him. None of the people beside seemed to care and he doesn't think the girl minds either. 

"What's with your look?" Hyunjae asked when he saw Juyeon frowning.

"It's just disgusting. How these people play." Juyeon replied, shuddering a bit.

Younghoon and Hyunjae chuckled. 

"Let them be. Just makes it easier to steal from them." Younghoon said. 

The three parted ways as planned. Juyeon went to the casino room. Hyunjae went to the arts attraction room. Younghoon went to the main hall where there was the most people. After they all took their positions, they tried to locate their partners in the room. 

Younghoon gave a mere glance towards the stage where the orchestra band was playing. Amidst the violinists were Kevin and Jacob. Younghoon made eye contact with Kevin for a split second before looking away. He picked a wine glass from the waiter passing by and walked to a secluded corner of the room right by the balcony door. He pressed a button on his watch to signal Hyunjun he was in position. 

Juyeon also took a seat at a casino slot. He inserted a coin and played while his eyes snapped towards the roulette table. Sunwoo glanced at him with a small nod as he placed his bet. Behind him, Changmin passed by in his dealer outfit. He took his position at the poker table and nodded to Juyeon. Juyeon also signaled Hyunjun after confirming. 

Hyunjae entered into a room of hushed silence. The art room was much quieter than the other rooms. He casually walked towards a painting and pretended to examine it. There was a bar counter at the other end of the room. Eric wiped the wine glass as he watched Hyunjae enter. After making eye contact, Hyunjae also signaled Hyunjun. 

After receiving all three signals, Hyunjun turned to Sangyeon. The leader pressed on the speaker button and spoke. 

"Until Chanhee and Haknyeon gets inside, make sure to stay put." 

Then he turned off the speaker, sitting back. Only Hyunjun and him were in the van at the moment. 

"I better get a day off after this." The bodyguard grumbled. 

"You wish." His partner scoffed.

The two men chatted among themselves. 

"Why are we even guarding the back entrance?" 

"You know rich people. They get overly anxious." 

The two men laughed out loud. Of course, they were oblivious to the creeping shadow behind them. 

"Hurgh!" It wasn't even a scream. Both of the men fell down the ground with Minho and Jeongin appearing from behind. 

Minho turned to the corner and Changbin came out. He gave Minho a punch on the chest before entering the building. Minho held himself from smacking the guy. The two assassins followed Changbin as he made his way to the core system room. 

"Hey! Who are-" The question couldn't be finished when Jeongin threw a dagger at the man's throat. 

"IN!" Changbin hissed.
