Daniel Apologizes to Vice

Daniel Padilla expressed his apologies to Vice
Ganda after the comedian was bashed by
Kathniel fans over social media about their
said “short exposure” during their Gandang
Gabi Vice guest appearance. The Teen King
also urged their fans to apologize to the
unkabogable star whom he stressed has
always been a supporter of their team-up from
the very beginning.
“Siyempre gusto naming humingi ng pasensya
kay Vice at nangyari ‘yun. Pero ako lang, ayaw
ko gawin ‘yun kay Vice, kahit ako never kong
maiisip ‘yun kay Vice so tayong mga Kathniels
ay mag-sorry tayo dahil hindi naman siya
‘yung may hawak nong editing eh,” Daniel
said.
He further stressed, “Sumusuporta nga siya sa
amin eh so ganon talaga, okay lang ‘yun guys,
mag-sorry kayo kay Vice.”
Daniel remarked that they just want to leave
the issue behind them as he and Kathryn
Bernardo gear up for their upcoming project
Pangako Sa ’yo. Both admitted that they feel
pressured with this next show, but are thankful
to be given the opportunity to be part of it.
“Sobrang laking project ng Pangako Sa ’yo,
sobrang maraming salamat sa tiwala na
binigay nila sa amin ni Kathryn na kami
gumanap,” he stated.
KathNiel is coming fresh off the success of
their hit movie Crazy Beautiful You which has
earned more than 225 million pesos as of this
writing. “Super saya naming lahat, worth it
lahat ng mga pinaghirapan namin at masaya
kami sa mga naririnig na feedbacks na alam
mo’ yun na tulungan namin sila at napasaya
namin sila na napanood nila,” Kathryn
remarked during the thanksgiving party of the
movie. Daniel stated that more than the
earnings, they are proud that they have
produced a beautiful movie saying, “Hindi
namin inisip kung ano ang kikitain ng palabas
basta ginawa namin ang best namin at alam
namin na maganda tong palabas na ‘to.”
Moviegoers have been all praises for Daniel’s
performance in the movie. The teen king
shared that it became easy for him to play the
role since he could relate to his character.
“Kasi ‘yung character ko, ako yun kaya siguro
medyo naging komportable ako don sa
karakter at tsaka na feel namin eh, sa location
na-feel namin na kung sino kami talaga,” he
said.
Kathryn attributed their level-up performances
to their director Mae Cruz and script writer
Carmi Raymundo. “Tinulungan ako of course
ni direk Mae at ni ate Carmi na writer namin.
Sila talaga ‘yung nandiyan para turuan ako
kung tama ba o mali ‘yung ginagawa ko tapos
madali rin siguro ‘yung paglock-in namin (sa
location) ‘yun kasi naramdaman namin ‘yung
characters namin at nakaka-relate talaga kami
sa story,” she relayed.
