A Girl in the Maze// Newt×Reader (Y/n)

4. Gossip in the glade

In the morning I woke up with Newt stroking my hair.
N: Good morning Greenie.
Y/n: You can now stop calling me Greenie. My name is Y/n.
N: That's a beautiful name. Let's get up and go to breakfast.
Y/n: Okay, let's go.

We were going to the breakfast hall and got some disgusted glares so I was pretty scared. Newt noticed and pulled me into a hug and I calmed down. We continued walking until Gally  came up to  us.

G: How was it?
I gave him a confused look and he burst out laughing.
N: How was what?
We both didn't know what he was talking about and when he stopped laughing he looked at us like we would know what he's talking about.
G: C'mon everyone knows that you made out. Ben saw you guys.
I got out my notebook 📓 so I could write ,,What are you talking about? We were just going to sleep."
G: Okay, so Ben lied to all of us?
N: Yes, we didn't make out!
G: Okay, I'll talk to him when he's back.

And with these words left Gally us.
Y/n: Newt, why did Gally say when he's back?
N: Because Ben is a Runner he's going into the maze with Minho to find a way out.
Y/n: Okay. I'm going on a walk in the forest.
N: Be careful, love.
Y/n: I'll be careful, but you have to be careful at work to.
N: I'm gonna be alright.
After that I walked into the forest but then I heard a twig snap so I turned around and saw....Ben. He stood there like he was angry and attacked me. Gladly I could push him off and ran to the gardens. But Ben ran after me and pushed me to the ground again. Gladly Newt saw and hit him with a shovel.

Hi guys Chapter 5 is going to come today but I am sorry that it's going to be shorter but after that I had a new Idea for the heading  and started a new Chapter so I'm trying to upload more than usual.     ~Fiona
