You grabbed the note and some of reggies sweaters and sweats, grabbing his rings, his wedding band he left by the note, the banks key, and a small wool blanket he had.

Carrying all the things, you speed walked to your dorm, all the way to the ravenclaw tower. Opening your dorm door you grabbed your charmed satchel and shoved all the things from regulus room in it. Walking to your wardrobe you grabbed a few pieces of clothing, throwing it into your bag.

You were almost done packing when you saw a framed photo of regulus and you on your wedding day. You grabbed the photo and place it in your bag.

You put on some comfortable shoes and grabbed your wand and bag.

Sneaking past the students you ran through a secret passageway to mcgonogalls office. She was your favorite teacher and you were her favorite student. With a few tears rolling sown your cheeks you walked into her office.

"Yn? What is it dear?" she asked hurriedly. "Reggies dead, minnie. Hes gone." you cried into her arms.

The older witch felt a few tears escape her eyes, even though regulus was in slytherin and you were a ravenclaw she admired you both very much and always thought you were made for eachother.

You told her your plan, about fleeing to america, away from the war. She agreed to help you out, knowing it was dangerous for you to stay. She aperated the two of you to 12 grimmauld place, Walking past walburga and orions room you walked to your shared room with regulus.

Grabbing regulus' charmed bag you stuffed things that were important to you, the multiple scrapbooks you had filled with pictures of the two of you, other photo albums, more of regulus sweaters, some of yours, and more things.

Grabbing both your bags you left the house and took a hold of minnies hand. After collecting enough galleons, from the blacks vault that was given to regulus, you two aperated to the floo network.

Before you had left the bank, you made sure to tell them no one was to take anything from there unless it was you.

"This is where we part ways, yn black." minnie said with a sad smile. Sharing a hug, minnie felt her eyes fill with tears, "i might never come back. I want to disappear, minnie. Please dont tell anyone where im going." you pleaded.

Nodding the witch agreed to keep her secret. After a last hug, you stepped into the fireplace with your belongings and floo'd your way to america.
