It is not like the phone rang that ofteen, not in his line of work anyways but when it did it usually put him in a very annoyed mood. He would prefer not to pick it up but it is the devil calling so he knows he won't get away with leaving it to be. It will be a short conversation.
"You got the ticket." Straight to the point as always.
"Yes."
"Good. The preparations are ready, look for the boy if something goes wrong but if not, if everything goes according to plan you know what to do and where the girl is."
"I got it." It doesn't take any longer than that and the constant tone of a closed call lets him know the call is over and he stuffs the phone into his pocket.
