She was panting as she finally reached the white metal bird or what was left of it. The tail was missing and so were its wings. She if anyone should know that. The plane was sticking out of the sea reminding her of one of those cornucopias. What was left of the left of the left wing was wedged itself into the seabed sand and there it stood tall. Carefully she eyed it to measure the chances, the best way into the plane seemed to be the door that is currently underneath water and so she found herself turning to Carter and motioning him to follow. She dove into the wreck smoothly, searching for light and letting herself lift up to the surface. Gasping for air as her lungs were free and soon after Carter followed. He coughed a few times grabbing onto something to keep him to the surface. He however quickly lets go and backs away in the water close to Remy, eyes wide in horror. That's when Remy sees it, the man hanging limb still buckled in his seat but clearly gone.

She closed her eyes forcing the reality away and the objectivity to her face, swimming and  reaching over to the man using the hand to pull herself up on top of the seat then looking at Carter and urging him to do the same. She was almost sure that he shivered and whatever color was left on his face drained away but with one more pointy look he followed her example. She could hear the limb muscles tear as Carter pulled up his own weight. He made it to the same seat as Remy and Remy reached down to the dead man, grabbing hold of the seat belt and the body fell splashing into the water. Remy turned around and started to slowly climb her way up. It is not easy but she knew it was a must, passing dead bodies on both sides she continued. Getting higher she stoped at the top watching down from the ripped end of the plane, standing there staring at the island that bathed in light for a while.

"Where do you think we are?" Carter, who has made his way up as well, asked pulling her from her own thoughts. She turns to face him.

"I don't know and I am not eager to find out." She replied honestly, then changing, her tone. "But I do know that we need to find everything we can have a use for, from this plane. I doubt any of the other parts are in as good of a condition and I'd rather not keep looking for them." He stared at her but then nodded, not arguing.

"What do I need to do." Remy measured the boy who at the moment looked and sounded nothing like Carter Rose. He seemed to notice sending her a tired smirk. "Or we can stand up here quietly staring at each other, maybe even smooch a little." She hit  him on his arm and he growled.

"You can stay here and find a dead body to smooch with for all I care, I need you in a second once I find a rope or something." She heard herself explain and he nodded once again slowly.  "Look for those, last luggage lockers or something" She adds and then without hesitation starts her way down. As she was close enough to the water she closed her eyes and leaped. The light illuminated the surroundings through the water but it faded with every stroke she made to pull herself further down under. It took her a lot of effort to bring herself back to the door but there she found it. It was secured with wires and she decided to try to get it loose. It took its time and she needs to get back up for air once. On her second try the wire gave in and she grabbed it in her left hand as she dragged up the lifeboat with her right one. Throwing the heavy rubber knot to the seat, and she thanks the forces that it gets stuck on the between the middle seats armrests using the wire as a tool Remy pulled herself up and took another annoyingly long climb to the top, where she found Carter.

"Not much but this suitcase was jammed to the back on the left side. I am sure there would be more in the lower ones but you told me to stay... the right side locker was already open and empty..." The boy trailed off. She nodded absentmindedly. Measuring the wire with her eyes. It should be long enough to reach the seat they have been using as the lowest ladder she looked at the armrest, she is not sure if the armrest is going to hold the weight or if the wire is strong enough to hold the stuff but they'll have to try.

"I have a lifeboat." She told the boy who turned quiet.

"Does that mean...?"

"No. That means we can get stuff to the island but without any food sources, would you really want to find yourself on open sea under the burning sun, maybe for weeks?" The boy looked like he was thinking and then shook his head.

"No.."

"Good now you stay here when you hear me yellon you pull up the wire....am I clear?"
