Episode 25

I was running down the field that was covered in snow and frost flowers with JiEun and Jungkook chasing. We laughed as he caught us in his arms and started swinging us, it was a beautiful moment that we thought could never end.

???:"chae..."

I looked over my shoulder and my smile dropped. Everything started fading away, even JiEun and Jungkook as I tried to reach for them. Everything turned pitch black. I turned around again and saw 'her'.

???:"Hello chae, how has your happy life been so far?"

Me:"What are you......how....?"

I was speechless. I couldn't seem to utter a proper sentence.

???:"awwwww chae, are you speechless just by seeing me. Your dear OLDER SISTER."

Me:"Please Alice, stop. No, your not real, your dead..."

Alice:"That's right chae, I'm dead. I'm dead because of you. YOU MURDERED ME CHAE. Your a murderer. You should be dead chae, NOT ME!!!."

Me:"No no, your just in my head. It's just a nightmare stop stop stop."

I said while holding my head and squeezing my eyes.

Alice:"I'm going to ruin you chae. I'm gonna ruin your perfect little family. I will be the mother to your little JiEun and the new wife to your husband jungkook."

I squeezed my eyes tighter and pressed my hands against my ears, trying to block out the voice.

Alice:"listen to me chae. LISTEN TO ME!!!! Mum and dad hate you because you killed me. They just put on a fake smile and pretend that they care about you but really, they hate you. I'll tell your husband everything. I'll make sure that he hates you too. You say that you lost control? THATS FUCKING BULLSHIT!! Mum and dad taught you how to control your powers, you knew how to control them."

Me:"STOP NO!! YOUR JUST IN MY HEAD! ALICE WOULD NEVER SAY THIS, SHE LOVES ME AND SO DOES MUM AND DAD!!!"

Alice:"NO THEY DONT CHAE!! I hate you, they hate you, and soon the whole kingdom will hate you."

Me:"No please no."

I started crying so hard. Begging to get out of this nightmare.

Alice:"Actually.......How about I kill your daughter and slice her up, finger after finger, toe after toe, limb after limb and so on. Then I'll move on to your husband."

Me:"No no no no no!...

Me:"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"

I screamed at the top of my lungs with my eyes still closed. Suddenly I felt two strong arms embrace me and held my head to his hard chest.

Jungkook:"it's okay, I'm here. Nothing's gonna happen to you."

I've been having the same dream for the past week and it's starting to feel realistic.

Jungkook:"chae, I know you said you weren't ready, but I think the reason why all of this is happening is because your keeping it bottled up inside you and your mind becoming overwhelmed with it all. Please chae, please tell me what it is that your scared of that causing you to have these nightmares."

I sighed deeply and looked into his eyes.

Me:"okay."

He sat comfortably facing me and I did the same.

Me:"It happened when I was 12. As you already know, I have very strong powers and each of them have their own unique ability. My powers are so strong that when I was born, I had frozen the hearts of everyone in the whole castle except my parents. My birth day was not only a happy time but also a great loss of loved ones that had died because of me. When I turned two, my parents had enough of my powers taking over so they trained me to control them."

I took another deepy shaky sigh before continuing.

Me:"I had, an older sister. Her name was Alice. We were so close, we had the best relationship. Everyone in the kingdom admired us and our close bond. It would always put a smile on their faces. One day, I had woken up to an extreme amount pain and I had felt overwhelmed. My body couldn't take the amount of energy my powers had so I....clicked. my eyes turned white and I lost my senses, I didn't think I just acted. My powers took full control. Alice saw that I had been hurting the maids with my powers so she tried to calm me down. I.........I..."

I started crying while jungkook rubbed my back, trying to calm me down.

Me:"I-I killed her. I strangled her with my powers and then snapped her neck. When I heard the crack of her neck and saw her lifeless body fall to the ground...that when my senses returned and.....I saw how I killed my own sister. I killed her like she was nothing. I've never been able to forgive myself. I always wondered what life would be like if I had never killed her. Would I be with you right now? I mean, if she was alive, she would have been the one who had gone to that party and she would have met you. She would probably have the perfect and happy life that I have now. I...I would be in my room all the time, reading, trying to control my powers still, I would probably be trying to avoid you and everyone else."

I started to cry again and I hugged jungkook tight.

Me:"She haunts me in my sleep because she knows that her life would be how mine is right now if I didn't kill her."

I whispered and dug my face into his crook.

Me:"Do you hate me now?"

I asked as I didn't feel him hugging me back.

Jungkook:"No, I don't hate you. You know I would still be with you even if your sister was still alive. I picked you. I will always pick you, even in every other universe. If I saw your sister at the party instead of you, I would have never even approached her. You know, I was a cold and heartless person before I met you. The only people I really talked to was dad, yoongi, taehyung and jin. I didn't even talk to the girls."

He said while hugging me back.

I smiled amd snuggled more into him.

Jungkook:"I love you."

Me:"I love you too my one and only handsome husband."

I kissed all over his face and finished off with a long passionate kiss on his lips.

We then went back to sleep.
