Chapter 10

"Beans when is Reese coming back round?"

"I'm not sure Belle, I'll call him laterr ok"

"You said that last week"

I sighed it's been 3 weeks since Reese and Ryan stayed round and Abira has been asking for Reese every day since. I got a job in my local cafe woop woop so I should be able to pay back Miss Josephine soon and get a place for me and Belle. Mike anns Tanya haven't tried to contact myself od Belle since I went and talked to them and Ryan has tried to talk to me about the Aphrodite situation but I've been avoiding him like the plague I don't want to know. I'm currently cooking dinner before we leave for work.

"What do you want with you're chicken belle?"

"Tates please"

I nodded and made some roast potatoes and some sweetcorn. Quickly eating I washed up our dishes and put on my work shirt and some black skinny jeans. Putting on Belle's coat and my own we walked to the small cafe around the corner made sure Belle was comfortable with her colouring book that she leaves here before clocking in and start serving people. I was behind the counter wiping down the counter when the bell jingled. Looking up at the door I was shocked to see Reese walk in the shop I've been working here for 2 weeks and have never seen him step foot in this cafe. Not noticing I was here he walked to the counter and sat down his head was low and he had a cap on.

"A Chocolate muffin and a large black coffee please"

Putting the muffin on the plate I made his coffee and placed them down i fron of him.

"That will be £5.50" He put a £10 note on the counter and waited for his change. Handing it back to him he muttered a quick thanks and started picking and the muffin. Belle seemed to notice it was Reese and her eyes were wide and exciting darting between the both of us waiting for me to say something to him. I shook my head and her face dropped a bit before that stubborn determined look appeared. jesus what is she gonna do now. I stood back and just watched her roll a crayon down to where his hand was resting on the side and him rolling it back. This seemed to slightly anger her so she rolled it again and he rolled it back. Moving a seat closer to him she rolled it and he rolled it back and she continued this until she was right next to him.

"What do you want little girl?" Reese still didn't look up to his now disfigured muffin when he spoke to her.

"Will you play with me?"

"I can't find someone else"

Belle looked confused, "But you played with me last time"

A look of confusions swept across his face aswell when he looked over at her, "Abira?"

A broad grin braced her face when he recognised her, "Hi Reese!"

"Where's your sister?"

"Right here" I walked back over to the counter where Reese breafly looked up at me and then looked down again. But not before I saw the bruises decorating his face.

"Reese what happened?"

"Nothing Jayda it's nothing"

"What do you mean it's nothing Reese!"

"It's none of your consern Jayda just but out"

"You know what I'm not doing this here. Belle wants you to come over and play one day so just text me when you can"

"Yeah! and we can make cookie and cupcakes and play dress up and you can come to my birthday"

"Belle your birthday isn't for another 4 months"

"OK but you'll still come though wont you Reese"

"I'll see what I can do little one ok?"

She nodded furiously. "Go put your colouring book and pencils away and put your coat on ok"

"Ok bye bye Reese" she hugged him and ran to were her book was.

"Don't dissapoint her Reese come over at least once" I turned to walk away "And soon"

I walked to the back to tell my boss I was done for the night before clocking out. Belle was sitting down on the stall and Reese was no where in sight.

"Come on baby girl lets go home"

Unlocking the front door I walked into the sitting room telling Belle to go and out on her pj's I walked into the kitchen and got shoved against the wall and a gun pointed at my head.

"W-what do you want"

"Shit up bitch. You're messing with the wrong people, now you better pack up your shit and move back in with mummy"

What the helle "NO!"

That earnt me a swift slap round the face, "Try raise your voice to me again and don't think I won't put a bullet through your head"

I nodded me head, "Now as I was saying move back in with mummy dearest and if you think of disobeying me then I will pay a little visit to that pretty little girl upstairs ok?"

I stood up a little straighter hearing the threat against my sister, "Stay the hell away from her"

That earnt me another swift puch to the stomach, "Don't test me lil' girl, now move back in with your mum, cut the attitude and stay away from the miller boys"

" Miller boys?"

"Yes the Miller boy's...Ryan and Reese Miller"

A/N: So here's the update :D I had exams which is why the update is so late.
