Jaune p.o.v
I was sitting at the table in my hotel room while looking at my scroll sadly. I unlocked the scroll and see one of the videos Pyrrha sent to me so I could train on my own. I was about to click play on the video but I stop myself as memories of Pyrrha's death flash into my mind. I grit my teeth and decide to look through social media to get my mine off of her death. But as I got in I see multiple posts about Beacon's destruction and half of those posts were about Pyrrha and her death. I sigh sadly and decide to turn my scroll off and place it onto the table. Someone then knocks on my door and I walk up to open it and as I open it I see Ren and Nora looking at me sadly.

Ren:can we come in?

Jaune:sure.

I move out of the way and they both walk in. Both of them sit at the table and I close the door and sit next to them.

Jaune:how was y/n?

Nora:he's fine but he's blind.

Jaune:blind but how?

Ren:we don't know.

Nora:anyways how are you feeling?

Jaune:I'm fine.

Ren looks at me with a caring look.

Ren:Jaune you don't look fine. When was the last time you ate?

I stay silent not wanting to tell them.

Nora:Jaune please Pyrrha wouldn't want you to be like this.

After hearing Nora say Pyrrha's name I slam my hands on the table and began to yell.

Jaune:how are any of us supposed to know what she wants right now!

I began to regret what I said but when I looked up at them they didn't look hurt or angry.

Jaune:everywhere I look and go I keep seeing her. And every time I see her I get reminded of her death. Even in my sleep I still see her face as she was dying. And I keep asking myself if I made the right choice that day. If I didn't go after Pyrrha would she have won that fight. I went after her to try and help her but in the end I haven't changed a single bit. All that time training with Pyrrha lead to nothing. I still couldn't do anything but be a burden on someone. It's all my fault.

Tears began to slowly fall out of my eyes.

Ren:Jaune we know how you feel right now. We also cared about Pyrrha but we can't let her death keep us down. Because time is going to keep moving moving forward not waiting for us to get back up. So the best thing to do right now is to keep moving forward no matter how much it hurts. And if you feel as if you can't take this pain on by yourself then please lean on us. Let us help you Jaune please.

Nora:and you're right Jaune I can't possibly know what Pyrrha wants right now but I do know what she wanted before. And what she wanted for us was to keep smiling and I'm sure that wish of hers still hasn't changed.

Ren:we're going back to y/n's hospital tomorrow feel free to come with us. I'm going to teach y/n something that'll help him with his blindness.

As Ren tells me this he walks toward the door with Nora and leave my hotel room.

A/n:here's a chapter mainly about Jaune, Nora, and Ren. I know Jaune just brushes off y/n being blind but I'll write more about it in the chapter where they go off to visit y/n in the hospital.
