After Ozpin's speech we were told to go to the ballroom to rest for the initiation tomorrow. And like heck I'm resting I don't have my sleeping pills I can't sleep without them. Ever since I was younger I could never fall sleep at night I don't know why but I do know that I won't be sleeping tonight. I sighed and took out a book titled "The History of Lucius the only kingdom to use magic." "The kingdom of Lucius always filled me with wonder when I was a kid I mean who wouldn't be filled with wonder. It's the earliest kingdom in Remnant that we have any records about. And the people who lived in the kingdom could apparently use actual magic not like the way we use dust in battle. They could summon elements with just a flick of their hand, but then somewhere around the era when dust was being mined and sold to people who didn't have magic the entire kingdom crumbled and all the people who lived in Lucius were killed. There were a lot of theories the researchers came up with one of them was that the people who couldn't use magic were afraid of them. And so they attacked them using dust and they were victorious." I was snapped out of my thoughts when Jaune laid is stuff next to mine he was wearing a ridiculous onesie that I couldn't help but laugh at. He looked at me and scoffed and said

Jaune: please your just jealous.

Y/n: sure I am. I mean who wouldn't want to wear a light blue onesie with a giant bunny on it.

Jaune looked at the book in my hand and said.

Jaune: the kingdom of Lucius what's that.

Y/n: really Jaune what did they teach back in your school.

I signal him to sit down and I begin to explain what the kingdom of Lucius was.

Ruby p.o.v
I laid down on my stomach with a pencil in hand and a paper in front of me trying to think of what to write to my friends back at signal. "What should I write about I mean I had both good and bad experiences during my time here at Beacon. I could tell them about Y/n" Suddenly out of nowhere Yang fell onto her side right next to me and said.

Yang:it's like a big slumber party you know.

Ruby:I don't think dad would approve of all these boys.

Yang:well I sure do approve of them. Anyways what you writing.

Ruby:it's a letter back to the gang at Signal.

Suddenly I notice Yang try to sneak a peek at my letter and so I cover it with my hands saying.

Ruby:Yang! I need my privacy please.

Yang:whose y/n huh. Is he your boyfriend.

Ruby:what no he's just a boy that helped me after I blew up.

Yang:so what's he look like.

Ruby:he has blue eyes and black hair. And he kinda looks like that guy from the show you used to watch Naruto. What was that guy's name again I know it starts with Sasu.

As my sister described his appearance I began to look around the ballroom to find him. "Let's see he has blue, black hair, and looks like Sasuke." I look to right and see a boy matching those features. "Wow he really does look like Sasuke. Heh I wonder if he also has a sibling that killed his entire clan or parents and he's out to kill them." I look at him and see that he's talking to a blonde haired boy wearing a light blue onesie. And then suddenly as if he could actually feel my stare on him he looks exactly at me and smiles politely. I notice this and wave for him to come over he looks to the boy next to him and tells him something. He then got up and walked towards me and once he got here I turn and ask Ruby.

Yang:hey Ruby is this him.

Ruby turns and sees y/n and her cheeks turn red all of a sudden. And she quickly stands up to talk to him.
