You very rarely slept in your cell or anywhere because most of your missions where at night which sucked but you never complained.
On the rare occasion that you did sleep you would always have a horrible nightmare. It was the same nightmare and it never changed even after 66 years.
The nightmare was set in 1945 when Steve was injected with the serum. In a white room similar to your cell there was only a surgery table and 10 needles filled with blue liquid which was strange because the Super Solider serum you were injected with was a blood red.
The only people in the room where you,James,Steve and a random doctor who's face was covered so you could never have a clear image of what he looked like. You only assumed it was one of the doctors that worked at HYDRA because he had a certain accent that you doctor had.
The doctor who inject Steve with the serum and after ten minutes Steve got stronger of course but something in him changed. After getting injected Steve would attacked you and beat you until your were bleeding from every part of your body causing you to wake up screaming in pain.
The pain caused from that dream felt so real that you started to hate sleeping. For normal "weak"people sleeping was paradise but for you and everyone else at the base sleep was your escape into another world filled with trauma and things that could kill you without HYDRA.
The Organization knew everything about everyone in it's control. That includes personal information like the life before you where captured,your weaknesses and your worst nightmare.
