After Scott gets bit she get a powers (scarlet witch's powers) she can't control so to keep the ones she's loves safe she goes to live with her dad only to find out she can universe hop and she jumps to what she dubs as the Maze Runner universe. She's found by wicked and wicked find out she doesn't exist they send Thomas in to get answers and gradually they fall in love or Thomas grows feelings. Wicked sends her into the maze a year before they send Thomas. When she gets back to her universe she shows her friends using her magic what she went through and why she went missing for two years. Stiles who was mad at her for leaving without saying goodbye forgives her but is heart broken to find she might be in love with Thomas. Of whom she left to be with her family in her universe.
"Teresa pushes her off the building as it starts to fall. Teresa going down with it. Sophia reaches for Minho's hand but just falls short, their finger tips brushing. "SOPHIA! NO!" Thomas shouts watching her fall. Minho dives off the plane grabbing her wrist. The others grabbing onto Minho before he could fall out. "I'm not losing anyone else." He yells down to her. "No one else" she agrees as she grabs onto him with her other hand. He pulls her up into the plane as others gather to treat her wounds and Thomas bullet wound before he can bleed out."
