Kira lost her family at the age of 7 when her house caught fire. She lives with the Dooley's for a week before going to live with her absentee uncle who is rarely home and almost always on business trips. Her parents have trained her and taught her about kitsune since she was young so that she would be prepared would anything happen to them. She's a thunder kitsune with a eidetic memory and an IQ of 180. She rivals Chase in smarts. She can also be really intimidating. Chase asks about her and Leo tell him she is known as one of the smartest and prettiest people at the school but most people are too intimidated to approach her(according to Leo). At first Chase sees her as competition but he soon realizes that he like to annoy her because he likes her. She gets involved with the Davenports and Leo when she catches them using their bionics at the pep rally. Soon after she trusts them she tells them her secret and ends up joining them on some of their missions.
