Kayla Powers also known as Night Girl , she was born in Gotham city , she was tossed out on the streets , her parents treated her bad , that she wasn't welcome back to her own home , she would've gone to the police station , she would report her own parents to the police , she would've been taking into foster care and , she was adopted by the powers family who treated her better then her biological parents but some nights , she went out to party with friends she , she had said but what she was really doing was fighting thugs and muggers and people started calling Night Girl , her adoptive parents found out , they argued and argued but eventually they let Kayla be a hero but they told that it's a very dangerous job to do so they made her a suit that could handle the battle of the cities criminal activity and it's rare to Kayla without dark spots under her eyes.
