My men opened the door for me. I went inside. My mom saw me right away so she walked towards me.

"Oh anak mukhang ginabi ka ah. " My mom said.

"Yeah I just had a lot of paper works to do." I lied.

"Magbihis ka na, iinitin ko yung pagkain na niluto ko----"

"It's okay mom. I already ate. I'll just go and get some rest." I said.

"Osige. Magpahinga ka na. Good night Hasy."

I went to mom and gave her a peck on her cheeks. I started to walk pass her and went to my room.

As I opened the door, I saw Roch at the balcony. He's smoking again. I just took off my coat and neck tie then I went where he was.

"Mom's gonna kill you again if she saw you." I warned.

"That's why I'm hiding in your room. She never checks your room because she trust you." Roch said while laughing. I laughed a bit.

I took a deep sigh. I can't believe I'm saying this.

"I went on a date with this girl a while ago." I said with a serious tone.

Roch started to cough after what I said.

"F-Fuck you men are you for real!?" He asked with disbelief.

"It wasn't a grand date. She cooked a meal for us then we ate in her apartment. "

Roch smiled at me.

"You like this girl, don't you?" He asked.

I shook my head.

"I don't know Roch. " I said with a serious tone.

"Bro are you blind!? She's totally into you! I think she cooked those meal to impress you. Girls do that a lot. Believe me." Roch explained.

"They believe the way to a man's heart is through his stomach." Roch added.

"That's messed up " I said while laughing.

"Fuck you bro. Look at mom, she cooks for dad every single time. How do you think she got him?" Roch asked.

Dad fell in love with mom the first time he saw her. But I think mom's cooking is also one of the reasons why dad loves her. He would always prefer a dinner at home than eating at an expensive restaurant.

I took a deep sigh. I just can't get over about what happened. Amanda never answered me if there's anything she wants from me. Because she wouldn't be troubling herself if she did.

Why would I be picky about the looks or appearance? It's just a bonus. The larger the money they have, the more chance I like them.
