"Enjoy your coffee."

Lucas rented the whole coffee shop just for us. I told him I didn't want anyone to see us together so he rented the whole place.

"Tell me, what did I missed? Where do you live now? How's everything?" Tanong nito. Kinuha niya yung mug niya at uminom.

"Everything is still the same. I bought my own apartment when I turned 18. " Sagot ko.

I don't want to tell him that I date men for money. He's obviously the reason why I did that.

"How are you? How's your family??" Pagiiba ko ng subject.

"Great. Everything is fine. My two sons are already grown up and they have their own businesses. "

"And your wife?" Pagtataka ko.

"She's fine. Dulce is just staying home while I work all day."

Tumango naman ako. Kinuha ko yung coffee ko at ininom.

"Why did you suddenly left me that night? I didn't heard anything from you again. Did I do something wrong?"

I know he would ask this one.

"Did my marriage turned you off? I have no idea what happened between us, Beatrice. I thought we were fine. " Dagdag pa nito.

"We both know everything wasn't okay." I said.

"I don't know what has gotten into me that night."

"It's like I woke up one day and I realized that I didn't want to continue being your mistress. I didn't want to be someone's second option. "

"You're not my mistress Beatrice-----"

"I am, Lucas. And I'll always be that person if we continue doing that." Pagputol ko sa sasabihin niya.

I learned from my past. I don't want to be that same person anymore. I don't want to ruin any relationship anymore.

"You know I don't see you like that." Seryoso nitong sabi.

"I would've chosen you over my wife and my sons if you asked me to "

Umiling naman ako.

"See? That's why I wanted to stop. I didn't want to wait for the day til I make you choose between us." Seryoso kong sabi.

Bigla kong naalala si Hasy. He knows that I'm at the studio. We're not dating but still, I don't want to make him feel that I'm cheating on him. Hasy was the only one who chose me despite my past.

"You look perfect monseiur. " He answered.

I had a last minute idea to surprise Amanda on her photoshoot. I'm taking her out for a date. I rented this whole middle eastern restaurant for us. I want her to try something new.

I know I get needy with her time and attention sometimes but I think I really have feelings for her.

I'm carrying a huge bouquet of red roses. I didn't go to work today like she wanted to. I just want to spend more time with Amanda.
