His Temptation [COMPLETED]

I've been texting Amanda for three days now. She's not responding. I can't find her anywhere. Even her friends doesn't know where she is. I'm starting to get worried about her.

"Hon?"

I closed my phone and put it inside of my coat. Alessa just arrived from Dubai. She came back early.

"I have a meeting today." I said with no expression.

"Okay, I'll just cook something for dinner-----"

"I'll eat outside." I answered.

I turned my back and started to walk. But Alessa called me.

"Wala ka bang ibibigay sakin? O gustong ibigay?" She suddenly asked.

I turn to my side to face her.

"Why would I do that?" I asked.

She shook her head.

"I-I saw that you packing a lot of designer bags and jewelries before you came here."

She's talking about the gifts I bought for Amanda.

"Those was for my mom." I lied.

"A-ahhh ganon ba. "

I didn't wait for her to speak again. I headed outside to leave our room.

"This is a 9 carat diamond ring. "

I shook my head.

"I want something bigger than that." I told one of the Harry Winston staff. I cancelled my meeting and to rent the whole Harry Winston shop so I could choose a ring for Amanda. I couldn't sleep well until I find her the perfect ring.

I'm so excited to propose to Amanda. I'm still in shock that she would ask me to marry her.

"I think Mr. Cohen would love to see our most expensive engagement ring wr have here." One of the staff said.

Two of his men wen back to the private room.

"Just give us a moment monseiur."

I nod as my answer. I went to a lot of different shop for the past three days but I can't still find the perfect ring. Amanda deserves the a big diamond ring.

I took my coffee cup to have a sip. I turn my head to the window. It's snowing today. I almost forgot that it's already December. Amanda's birthday is on December 25th too.

"Mr. Cohen."

They went back to the table. They opened a silver case in front of me. There was a ring box inside of it. One of the staff opened the ring box and showed it to me.

"This is the most expensive diamond ring that Harry Winston has. It is an 20.5 carat emerald cut diamond ring. This is worth 1.2 billion euros. "

This engagement ring is beautiful. Its also an emerald cut diamond ring just like how Amanda wanted it to be.

"It's perfect. I'll take this one." I said to the staff.

"Thank you monseiur. You're the first person to own our most expensive ring. "

"I'm sure she's a very lucky lady."
