KITTEN FROM THE MOON

Chapter 01

"Well... See you tomorrow then... Good night!"

"Good night."

After wishing good night to his colleagues, Gong jun gets into a cab. It's been one year, two months he is working in this company as a fashion designer. After completing his graduation he started his job. He doesn't live with his parents. Even tho his parents are quite rich, he lives away from them. He wants to make money on his own. Don't want to borrow his parent's money.

Reaching in front of his apartment, he gets down from the cab & paid the driver the bills. Getting into his room, he just placed his bag on the couch.

Suddenly, the doorbell rang.

"Who is here in this time..." Jun groaned & went to open the door. Feeling disturbed.

Opening the door, he saw his elder half-sister standing in front of him. Holding a cat in her lap. She is his half-sister because their mother is the same but their father is different. Her father died when she was four, then their mother married Jun's father & had Jun.

With a bring smile on their face, "Hello my little brother!" She carries a charm around her, unlike Jun who seems so stressed always.

Rolling his eyes, "Why you are here now?"

Lu Fang Ning put forward the cat in her lap, "Take this."

Gong Jun frowned, he eyed the cat. The cat seems dirty. But it has bright white fur, blue eye & a weird mark on its forehead. Judging by its structure, it doesn't look like a roadside cat.

"I thought you own a dog. You have a cat too?"

Fang Ning nods in the negative, "It's not mine..." She pushed the cat to Gong jun, without even waiting for Gong to hold it she left the cat. Jun immediately catches the cat, "Yah! What if it falls!?"

"Owo... You care for this cat so much! Then from now on take care of it! Thank you! I have to leave now! Good night bro!" Without giving any chance to say anything, she runs down the stairs... Leaving Gong jun dumbfounded...

"YAH! SHEJIE! YAH!!! WAIT! WHOSE CAT IS THIS!!! OI!!!" He went down through the stairs but found Fang Ning is already left.

He sighs out of annoyance... "She is crazy... Come up from nowhere, leaving a cat & gone to god knows where... Ugh... Now, what should I do with this thing?" He looked down at the cat in his lap.

The cat was looking at him... Blue eyes shining with the moonlight...

"Meow~"

Jun can't help but coo at the cat. This cat is so cute, even though its fur seems dirty. He swings the cat on his lap, "You live with me for tonight... Tomorrow I will leave you to the pets shop..."

Getting into his apartment, he took the cat to the bathroom first. He doesn't have any cat's shampoo or anything. So he uses his shampoo to wash the cat... After bathing the cat, he finds the cat more elegant than before...  The weird mark over its head looks like the half-moon... He wiped the water & using the hairdryer he dries its fur... Then putting that cat into a bucket, he went to take bath.

After 20 minutes he walked out from the bathroom, warping a towel around his waist... He saw the cat is still inside the bucket... Seems like the cat is so obedient... He wishes to have the cat as a pet, but he doesn't have enough time to take care of it ... So leaving it to a pets house would be the best decision...

For dinner, at first, Jun gave that cat dry fish. But he moved his head away. Then jun gave him a bowl of milk. The cat drinks the milk happily.

"Spoiled cat," Jun comments while eating his dinner, a bowl of ramen.

After dinner, turning on the tv, Jun sat on the couch. The cat walked to him & started roaming around him. Seems like he wanted to get on his lap. Jun took him on his lap and softly brushes its back. Such a friendly cat.

When Jun was almost falling asleep on the couch. The cat licks his hand to wake him up. Seems like the cat doesn't want Jun to sleep on the couch.

Jun then turned off the television. Putting the cat back to the bucket he went to his bedroom. Without locking the bedroom door, he laid on the bed & in few seconds sleeped away. Another normal day of his life was completed.

Meanwhile, the cat by himself gets down from the bucket. Walking to the window, he stares at the full moon in the sky. The Mark over his head shines brightly.

The next morning, Gong jun wake up for the annoying alarm like always. Yawning, he sat on the bed. Rubbing his eyes, he opened his eyes.

And his eye got widen out of surprise.
The wardrobe on the corner of his bedroom is open. All the clothes are fallen on the ground. Looking like a whole mess... He immediately jumped down from the bed...

"Did any thief entered my house last night!? Uh! The ring..." He then checked inside the boxes where he had kept his precious diamond ring, by which he has decided to propose to his girlfriend.

Thankfully, that was still there... Without that he doesn't have anything precious to lose in this house. 

He then walked to the drawing-room to check on the cat. Walking to the drawing-room he found everything tidy. 

But the cat was nowhere to see. Did that thief steal that cat? Well, that is not a problem. He was about to leave this cat to pet-house.

Suddenly a sound came from the kitchen. Making him jump in horror.
He gulped nervously, is that the thief?

Gong jun looked around him, he found a flower vase. He took that in his hand and started walking throwers in the kitchen.

Before entering the kitchen, he peeked inside these. Someone was standing there, wearing a long loose shirt & loose pants... Gong jun realized those belong to him. So a cloth thief has entered his house.

He then kept hiding behind the door and analyses the person movement. The person takes the bowl from below. Putting that bowl on the table, he poured milk in it.

"He seems harmless..." Gong jun mumbles... "Should I enter now?"

Holding the flower vase he entered the room, "Who are you!?" He yelled.
